I will recommend some songs that I feel an anime vibe on it. For anime opening kind of songs: - "Awaken" can be an OP for an action/war anime. - "Mirror" can be an OP for an adventure 'let's find ourselves' anime. This has an MV. - "0325" very underrated song. For Ending songs. - "3rd Eye" very dark theme. - "Sunshine" a chill and lovely song. A very ED song for me! - "Story That Won't End" also called Neverending Story. An OST for a K-drama. - "Glow" - "Hero's Soup" All their MVs have English CC and there are fanmade lyric videos with English. It will be great if you read the lyrics. As in I recommend all that wants to listen to Stray Kids to read the lyrics!
A lot of people think Stray Kids music is exactly opposite from Tower Of God. I mean of course, they doing their own things with their music, basically Stray Kids is Hip/Hop based group. But if they requested to make some OST, OP/ED, of course they will adjust to the theme of the project. Stray kids produce their own music, they have 3 producers in their group. Recently they make OST for a romantic school drama, do their music sounds like OST for a romantic drama? NO. But they produce a whole new song for that. They never release a love song until that OST for the drama. Do they deliver? Well, alot of people who watch the drama willing to spend time just to search who is singing the OST. So there is no relation between their own music with the project that requested to them.
I haven't heard all of Stray Kids' songs (I discovered them because of ToG as well haha) but personally, I liked Hellevator & District 9 the most :) Edit: I just noticed that in Miroh, they're saying smth like "Higher and higher" and "I'm going up" while Tower Of God is basically this and I think that's pretty neat :) Also I'm a Stay now oops haha love the boys

Honestly Stray Kids' music is so diverse and their music is very deep which fits well with some anime themes. I think you will love their song Awaken (lyrics video it has a great message, & theres no official mv) District 9, and Chronosaurus. These have awesome rock vibes/darker vibes Also if youre wondering, Side Effects lyrics have a very deep message. The song talks about the uncertainties in life when having to make a decision that will consequently affect your future. The song talks about the worries/anxiety about the "side effects" or consequences of their actions should they choose to go one path in life over the other. Hence in the mv they're traveling and various unfortunate circumstances happen, their trailer breaks down, they got lost, end up fighting. They're letting the fear of choosing this path consume them resulting in the tense atmosphere. The screams in the music (the youngest had a blast screaming his head off in the studio lol) and overall pulsing beat (like a headache) is supposed to be unsettling/uncomfortable, because that's what they want you to feel since this is the whole premise of the song's meaning. The leader said that rather than this just being a song it's more of an "audiotorial experience for your ears" Also btw this Side Effects was inspired by the psytrance music genre. Also the members are young (2001 - 1997) and the group came out in 2018, but they're very talented & they compose. The leader is the main reason this group exists since he chose the members himself. He is also the brains behind composing all their songs & concepts alongside 2 other members. Haha if this helps hes a huge anime fan who collects figurines and makes anime refs 24/7. Hes also Korean-Australian They also do all sorts of genres like pop, rock, hip hop, power ballads, rnb, edm etc. They're known for their rapping, their lyrics and intense/powerful songs but are very versatile. I can see them easily producing a song that would fit what they were asked to do even if it is somehow outside their box. For instance they dont typically write ballads or love songs at all but they were asked to record an ost for a slice of life/romance drama and they did it very well. Somehow just yesterday youtube decided to add an interview of those guys to my filter. As well as other K.pop stars, they are very nice and fun to watch. IMO they seem to be very adaptive, as seen in the music vids so keep up the excitement

i'm still so mindblown about all of this, i've been a fan of tog for such a long time and an anime fan for longer, and stray kids are one of my favorite musical groups... i actually think their dark kind of style and general versatility will end up matching tog quite well. also, quite a few of the members of stray kids watch anime, and since they most often write and produce their own music, i have confidence that they'll pull this off really well.
something that has characterized Stray Kids, is a group that does not have their own style of music, their songs have always varied from one style to another and I am sure whether the opening or the ending will be amazing, They never disappoint with their songs.

(they have a sub unit called 3racha that consists of the leader, and the two main rappers , they're the one in charge of the producing and writing and sometimes other members participate as well in some songs) btw this group is pretty much self made, unlike most kpop groups, it was the leader who chose the members not the company! they have a lot meaningful songs and they're also so versatile while at the same time having their own sound If you want some meaningful songs I highly recommend : Voices (my all time favorite from them), Levanter, Hellevator, Grow up, MIA, Chronosaurus If you want more hype songs like these two songs you reacted to I recommend : Victory Song, District 9 (their debut song!), Boxer, Double Knot "Stray Kids" meaning and main goal is how they want to create a refuge for other “stray kids” through their music, to let them know that they aren’t the only ones struggling toward their futures. they're always making a lot of relatable songs and talks alot about how they want to connect to other people who may go through the same struggles and create a special bond with that feeling of being "astray"/lost ect. that's also the symbol of their catch phrase "Stray Kids everywhere all around the world" it's to emphasize on how we're all connected no matter where we are :') I hope we'll get to see more stray kids reactions in the future, have a good day!
They have a lot of kind of sounds and genre in their songs. So you can't judge from 2 or 3 songs, listen to all of them lol. They are one of very versatile group that I know in Kpop. They can killed anything genre of music such as rock, edm, ballad ost for romance drama, and etc. The director of TOG said that they choose Stray Kids bcs they believe that the world of Tower of God has a synergy with the strong but sensitive sound of Stray Kids. So yeah don't worry.. :)

I love anime and manga, and I also love kpop - Stray Kids is my ultimate favorite group so when I saw they got this project I was so happy. I haven't read ToG, but I will now and will also watch the anime in support of Stray Kids. I heard that the manga is really good in general anyways so that's a plus. Since you seemed to enjoy the rap of Stray Kids you should check out Maze of Memories, all of the members rap in that one. There's no music video for it but there is a lyric video. They made two of their songs Double Knot and Levanter in both Korean and English. And then they made Levanter and My Pace in Japanese as well if you want to check out how they sound in those two other languages. Stray Kids is the most multifaceted kpop group that I have encountered so I hope more people support them in the future, thank you for reacting to them! I hope you end up liking them, it's okay if you don't though they're not for everyone.
Stray Kids recently released 2 English songs, "Double Knot" and "Levanter". There are also Korean versions of them that came out first. Chan (Stray Kids leader) translated them to English himself to maintain the meaning and flow.

miroh was quite popular, side effects too but it also had as much haters as well because it’s different than other kpop songs. it’s a different genre, hard edm. but i wanna tell that these are one type of song, you can include “double knot” too, but they also have some other type of songs like sunshine, etc. but if i have to recommend a song for you to react, i would recommend levanter!

Woa, it's cool that you liked them that much ! And there is indeed a story going on in each of their music videos, so it can be a bit hard to understand it without watching all of them (I mean even the fans struggle to really get it but it must be even harder without context) Also if you want to get a better grab of the group, I recommend you to watch their interview on the zach sang show on youtube, it's in english but it last 30min, so if you got a bit of spare time it could be worth it 👀 I would recommend songs but I feel like a lot of people already recommended many, so I won't add anything haha. I'm very hyped to watch tog and thanks to your channel I'm even more!
Heads up, their music videos have subtitles. Also this is more of their edm based songs. Skz is famous for having wide genre of songs in their discography. Especially their b side tracks. They have ballads, fun, inspiring, emo and motivational. They can pull it all. Mainly because they write and produce their own songs.
I'm glad you enjoyed these. These were both part of the Cle (French for key, which is why the key was there) trilogy of albums. Most of this was EDM so I would recommend you try giving songs like Hellevator, Never Say Goodbye, Voices, and Awaken a try as they are all drawn from different genres of music so you can see the different sides of Stray Kids. MIA would also be a good listen as it also has a lo-fi-ish vibe to it. I honestly don't think they have any songs that are bad so I don't think you could go wrong with just picking a random song or whatever sounds interesting to you.
A good song to check out would be Again & Again it's a remake of another K-pop group but they put their own style onto I think you would appreciate the style
The nearest song to a Jpop from SKZ, in my opinion, is Awaken in their debut album. Next would be District 9 and then My Pace. I can honestly imagine Awaken as an OST for an anime.

Personally you should listen to chronosaurus,voices,grow up,astronaut,hellevator ,victory song, and question as well as Get cool and Awkward silence. All of the members can dance,rap and sing and so Maze of Memories is a good song to listen to for that. The songs that don't get alot of attention are MIA, Insomnia, TMT, My side, 0325 and 4419 so if you want to listen to the lesser known songs these would be a good choice.

I cannot even put into words how HYPE I am jesus christ. Now I honestly wonder how SKz will be able to create an anime OP but I know that 2 of the members love ToG themselves, especially the main producer/leader of SKz. I'm sure they will nail this! Within their albums they also have made a lot of atmospheric movie quality sounding tracks so 😤👌 I have no doubt as a Stay and ToG fan that this anime will become something great. un fact! two members (bang chan and felix) are from australia and are fluent in english, han jisung studied in malaysia for 6 years and learned english there, and kim seungmin studied in L.A for two months and is also pretty fluent. two other members, changbin and hyunjin, are working hard to learn english. they are one of the more fluent groups i know.

i'm still so mindblown about all of this, i've been a fan of tog for such a long time and an anime fan for longer, and stray kids are one of my favorite musical groups... i actually think their dark kind of style and general versatility will end up matching tog quite well. also, quite a few of the members of stray kids watch anime, and since they most often write and produce their own music, i have confidence that they'll pull this off really well.

something that has characterized Stray Kids, is a group that does not have their own style of music, their songs have always varied from one style to another and I am sure whether the opening or the ending will be amazing, They never disappoint with their songs.

they produce and write all their songs on their own ! (they have a sub unit called 3racha that consists of the leader, and the two main rappers , they're the one in charge of the producing and writing and sometimes other members participate as well in some songs)
btw this group is pretty much self made, unlike most kpop groups, it was the leader who chose the members not the company!
they have a lot meaningful songs and they're also so versatile while at the same time having their own sound
If you want some meaningful songs I highly recommend : Voices (my all time favorite from them), Levanter, Hellevator, Grow up, MIA, Chronosaurus

"Stray Kids" meaning and main goal is how they want to create a refuge for other “stray kids” through their music, to let them know that they aren’t the only ones struggling toward their futures. they're always making a lot of relatable songs and talks alot about how they want to connect to other people who may go through the same struggles and create a special bond with that feeling of being "astray"/lost ect. that's also the symbol of their catch phrase "Stray Kids everywhere all around the world" it's to emphasize on how we're all connected no matter where we are :')

They have a lot of kind of sounds and genre in their songs. So you can't judge from 2 or 3 songs, listen to all of them lol. They are one of very versatile group that I know in Kpop. They can killed anything genre of music such as rock, edm, ballad ost for romance drama, and etc. The director of TOG said that they choose Stray Kids bcs they believe that the world of Tower of God has a synergy with the strong but sensitive sound of Stray Kids. So yeah don't worry.. :)

I love anime and manga, and I also love kpop - Stray Kids is my ultimate favorite group so when I saw they got this project I was so happy. I haven't read ToG, but I will now and will also watch the anime in support of Stray Kids. I heard that the manga is really good in general anyways so that's a plus. Since you seemed to enjoy the rap of Stray Kids you should check out Maze of Memories, all of the members rap in that one. There's no music video for it but there is a lyric video. They made two of their songs Double Knot and Levanter in both Korean and English. And then they made Levanter and My Pace in Japanese as well if you want to check out how they sound in those two other languages. Stray Kids is the most multifaceted kpop group that I have encountered so I hope more people support them in the future, thank you for reacting to them! Stray Kids recently released 2 English songs, "Double Knot" and "Levanter". There are also Korean versions of them that came out first. Chan (Stray Kids leader) translated them to English himself to maintain the meaning and flow.
Stray kids music is very diverse, and the members as well are very talented. They can pull off every kind of performance, yes I won't take that back, y'all heard me 😂

miroh was quite popular, side effects too but it also had as much haters as well because it’s different than other kpop songs. it’s a different genre, hard edm. but i wanna tell that these are one type of song, you can include “double knot” too, but they also have some other type of songs like sunshine, etc. but if i have to recommend a song for you to react, i would recommend levanter!

Woa, it's cool that you liked them that much ! And there is indeed a story going on in each of their music videos, so it can be a bit hard to understand it without watching all of them (I mean even the fans struggle to really get it but it must be even harder without context)
Also if you want to get a better grab of the group, I recommend you to watch their interview on the zach sang show on youtube, it's in english but it last 30min, so if you got a bit of spare time it could be worth it 👀

Heads up, their music videos have subtitles. Also this is more of their edm based songs. Skz is famous for having wide genre of songs in their discography. Especially their b side tracks. They have ballads, fun, inspiring, emo and motivational. They can pull it all. Mainly because they write and produce their own songs.
I'm glad you enjoyed these. These were both part of the Cle (French for key, which is why the key was there) trilogy of albums. Most of this was EDM so I would recommend you try giving songs like Hellevator, Never Say Goodbye, Voices, and Awaken a try as they are all drawn from different genres of music so you can see the different sides of Stray Kids. MIA would also be a good listen as it also has a lo-fi-ish vibe to it. I honestly don't think they have any songs that are bad so I don't think you could go wrong with just picking a random song or whatever sounds interesting to you.
I haven't seen anyone suggest this but do listen to their B-Side track called Awaken!!
A good song to check out would be Again & Again it's a remake of another K-pop group but they put their own style onto I think you would appreciate the style

The nearest song to a Jpop from SKZ, in my opinion, is Awaken in their debut album. Next would be District 9 and then My Pace. I can honestly imagine Awaken as an OST for an anime.

All of their MVs link together in some way and their albums are called Clé which is key in french so thats why there is a lot of key symbolism. Personally you should listen to chronosaurus,voices,grow up,astronaut,hellevator ,victory song, and question as well as Get cool and Awkward silence. All of the members can dance,rap and sing and so Maze of Memories is a good song to listen to for that. The songs that don't get alot of attention are MIA, Insomnia, TMT, My side, 0325 and 4419 so if you want to listen to the lesser known songs these would be a good choice.

Now I honestly wonder how SKz will be able to create an anime OP but I know that 2 of the members love ToG themselves, especially the main producer/leader of SKz. I'm sure they will nail this! Within their albums they also have made a lot of atmospheric movie quality sounding tracks so 😤👌 I have no doubt as a Stay and ToG fan that this anime will become something great. If crunchyroll somehow messes this up in terms of animation or pacing of the story then 😌 blame them LOL

un fact! two members (bang chan and felix) are from australia and are fluent in english, han jisung studied in malaysia for 6 years and learned english there, and kim seungmin studied in L.A for two months and is also pretty fluent. two other members, changbin and hyunjin, are working hard to learn english. they are one of the more fluent groups i know.
