    Thank you for suggesting use of the wok for mac n cheese. You can make a roux using melted butter and wheat flour. Then add cream or half and half along with shredded cheese, typically cheddar. I like your idea of mixing different cheese flavors!

    Looks good. The key to good Mac and Cheese is to let the cheese shine through. I'd not add the seasoning mix in. Keep the Mac and Cheese flavor simple.

      sure can, very similar materials

      Definitely! Make sure you remove the wood handle, if you have that type of carbon steel wok!

    Masterchef Tak can you make a Szechuan sauce wok dish with vegatbale and shrimps extra garlic oyster sauce .. best ever !! Best selling in the netherlands wok restaurants and for western people make us happy ;)

      Thanx for your reaction and compliment! Iam really curious what you can do and find out and will taste in a smaller kitchen. Iam trying for years to perfect this dish. Succes Tak for finding out most original wok sauce or taste. And for me 1 of the best sauce in the world..can use it with alot of different vegatable and fish meat shrimps.

    tip, no need to dry the bread crumbs first .they will dry out anyway once baked.

    Good but too much chhese
