Great build, you hit most of the points I did (I sanded instead of replacing the studs). The only other thing I did was polish the rounded back of the blade that the lockbar rides on while opening and closing (but not the locking surfaces themselves).
I haven’t seen it if you’ve made a video but what do you think of the old guard? I am not impressed with my frame lock version. Execution/construction is horrible. I think the liner lock might be better.
