He's not talking about important bigger issues now because it's over for our country, too many economic, political and moral lines have been trampled and our politicians have gone far too far over them. He's someone who talks to a lot of people with a lot of different knowledge levels about where we're headed. It's not good that he's talking about chainsaws in these times. It's another sign that it's over.

@@5-minute-witness356 Maybe...or he's just doing what gets more views, comments, etc... to maximize his revenue. Always remember being a youtube creator is a business that earns money by creating content that gets views and thus, makes money. Lately there have been many comments on his videos about missing the old Wranglerstar videos so it's no surprise he's doing more of those. I just happen to be one of those that enjoys those videos, it was what brought me to his channel way back when he was doing videos about building and rebuilding the ram pump at his old homestead.

An excellent kit. I made the mistake of putting the chain on backwards the first time I cleaned the prior owner's sawdust out of the saw and sharpened the chain... wondered why I was smoking the wood and the chain teeth were discoloring. Boy was my face red with embarrassment even though I was alone.
I love keeping foamies around, but the modern hard hats can have integrated over-ear muffs... but man is that uncomfortable when you're sweating.

Thanks for the video. As arborist for many years, I always like to see other ways people do stuff. I can always learn something new or different to help make anything easier or more efficient. I agree preparation is everything. Once in the woods, you do not have what you do not have. I have always sharpened my saws sitting down. I just found it works for me in the field. Others I know some who sit on top of the saw and some use a vice. Whatever works best. I would mention I always carry a pickaroon along with an axe. I recently learned a little trick with saw chaps that makes them into a burrito for easier storage. I will try find a way to get you a little video showing you the method.

My biggest problem is training new guys to do it and getting them to actually listen to what I'm saying, and pay attention to what i show them. I now just tell them to watch YT videos, but even that seems to be a bit too much trouble. I'm about done wasting my time.
