Problem is. You need a job that pays as well as Chris Hemsworth to maintain the centr diet. Where I live, one weeks worth of ingredients was over 500 dollars.
@@ACTHdanI think hes just referring to the meal prep "ideas" that the app its self provides. I mean I could be wrong dont quote me on it. In all seriousness all natural healthy foods are expensive in comparison to processed food which always baffles me.
I‘ve been using Centr for over a year now and love every aspect of it. I do wish however, for these videos that it should be mentioned that just because Chris is eating 4500+ calories a day, doesn’t mean every else needs to as well to add muscle. Chris is a big guy and very lean at that. He probably naturally burns at least half of his intake without any exercise. Great tips on when and what to eat!
the simplest way is very easy, people tend to over complicate things and that puts you off, simply if you want to lose weight eat less, if you want to put on weight and muscle eat more, very simple stuff guys just don't over complicate it...
I just want to stop being obese. I want to go down 70 lbs of fat. If I put on muscle, fine. But once I've lost that bulk, I'd then evaluate whether I'd start beefing up the muscle. Wish the program had things separated like that for people like me.
This was super helpful. Been eating pretty healthy and strict to my meals for over over a year now and Centr has really helped me get a better sense of how my workouts can look and how my meals should too. Thank you guys 🤙
Diet is such a confusing area, I always want more information but I also usually feel like I'm more confused than when I started. 😅 I'd love more information about how to kick the last few kgs. Most often the advice seems to be around getting started on diet and exercise, and I totally get why that's the case. But as someone who has been on the centr program for about a year, I'm wondering if I'm still "doing it right" because the changes are becoming very hard to notice. I'd love centr to give some more information about the "later" parts of the fitness journey, like how to deal with plateaus, how to shake up routine. How to evaluate changing diet needs.
4,500 calories!!! Wow that’s huge. I’ve been really upping my eating. Usually I’m breakfast shake, gym, lunch, shake, dinner. Trying to get 3000+ minimum which is way more than I was eating before. And yes Luke, that salted Caramel shake with the medjool dates is mad. I love it. Thanks Centr team. ❤️
Lol the app never states that you will look like Chris Hemsworth if you use it, and if anyone thinks that anyway they're an idiot. I use it almost daily and it's fantastic. While sadly I, a petite pale woman, has not turned into a very tall buff tanned blonde man, I'm still enjoying it and think it's well worth it.
@The universe hates me they had a promotion and I managed to get it for $30 for a year! And I would still think $24 a month is a good deal as it's much cheaper than gyms and the workouts are really good. I like the food too but mainly use it for the workouts. I've genuinely never been fitter nor enjoyed working out so much.
@The universe hates me why would I need to go to the gym? I can do effective workouts in the comfort of my own home in less time and for way less money. Also you don't know my body and what it is that I want to achieve by working out so you can't really tell me what would be more effective. 🏋️♀️
@The universe hates me I never said that I wanted to put on muscle mass? You literally don't know what my workout goals are so don't assume that you do. And I'm not reading an app I'm doing the workouts from the app. What on earth do you think the app is? It's not a recipe book, it's a fitness app with workouts, recipes and meditation.

Good thing you don’t need to eat the foods Chris likes, in order to gain size.

Take your steroids just like the man, Chris Hemsworth xD
it would be nice to implement a nutrition intake calculator into the app!

Centre fit is a con. You won't ever achieve the Hemsworth physique as everybody knows he cycles on and off steroids.
