Learn discipline to live better eat better and put God first. That's where your transformation will begin. When you have peace and not stressed out then think about surgery and other enhancements. I promise you surgery on top of emotional trauma, rejection or heartbreak is not the answer. It will only add problems because if you are not healthy emotionally, mentally and physically you will waste your money and not have your best results should you choose surgery. Many of you have light bulbs going off like fix myself okay, start with the heart then add forgiveness. Be blessed.

Facts! The last speed dating event I went to, most of the guys had good morals & values from a 1st impression perspective but were out of shape. Pot-belly Galore! Lol. I’m not out of shape so I don’t want to date someone who is. And a guy approached me weeks ago. Very confident but was around 5’7” with a pot belly wearing a tight sweater. Such a turn off. And was cursing during our first encounter 🙄 I live in NYC with a good job and not overweight but I gotta get my drivers license and get a bigger apt. My apt isn’t a reflection of my Brand at all. smh Great advice man
