Good to have goals, but this home is a bit on the small side but the backyard is nice. It sold for 1.17m which is quite a bargain in today's market. You can aim for something bigger!

The back yard is a nice size.
As much as I like the yard, the interior strikes me as a whole lot of "builder basic" for the area and general time period this house would have been built in. There are the bones of a beautiful home here though (comments added after a 2nd viewing of the video).

The upstairs carpet is a tragedy, due to it pulling away from the floor in parts. Either the carpet is old, or it wasn't installed correctly. Fortunately, this is merely an aesthetic issue.
Creepy, weird setup, especially in the basement. It looks like a funeral parlor.
