You got me to watch the video, but I think we can both agree she provided nothing to your cleave comp that an actual opener couldn’t lol
uncounterable/free soulburn, strip and debuff
@@jokente1414 uncounterable, but picked ML Elena so it never mattered, strip and debuff are outclassed by strip and relevant debuff (ran, briseria, piera, luna), and free soulburn can just be replaced by openers who can hold book or dont need to soulburn to be efficient. I cant see why this is ever optimal except for tricking people into thinking you dont have an opener, but it was Lethe all along.
Her high base speed can act as an alternative opener when either Ran/Peira is pre-banned. Also almost all fast AOE openers are not mage class, therefore cannot hold books. Not to mention her additional ability to strip and clean up with extra damage, like how she killed Karina in the second match. So, it’s not a bad way to use her.
