How to fit new tyres on my 1998 BMW restoration.|

Tyres is a massive subject with all motorcyclists. Everyone has their own opinion on what to go for when purchasing tyres. I like to use a matched pair of a well known and proven brand. Everyone has the tyre that fits their type of riding. Here I am fitting a matched pair of new tyres to both wheels and then fitting the back wheel to the bike. I am still waiting to get a set of bobbins for the front discs before I can fit the front wheel.. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

Hi, Glad to hear my videos are helping you. Over the years I have restored many vehicles, cars and bikes. But, I do love these BMW bikes. Especially the R1100's. I bought this bike purely to restore. Hi, Yes these are to make sure that the sensor is the correct distance from the reluctor. There should be a diagram showing you the correct distance you have to check that and adjust with the washers.
