- In this video tutorial I will show you how to make cute & easy rag flowers using fabric, drop cloth, lace and buttons. I will also show you how to make new fabric look like “rags”. We will stencil an inexpensive frame and use drop cloth for the background. Our rag flowers will be glued to the corners.

I really enjoyed this tutorial. Had lots of fun watching. I think I might have some difficulty, I would want to keep trimming the ends of threads off. It is Maundy Tuesday 2024 today. Almost a year from when you first presented. I am in Maryland. It is snowing like crazy at home but where my hubbie works 20 miles away it only rains. May there be peace in the world.

They say flushable wipes but don't flush them. Over time they'll clog up your plumbing.

Is the chalk paint waterproof or water resistant?
Alma - the chalk paste that I used on this stencil is not waterproof or water resistant. It would come off with a wet sponge or some windex.
What is the name on the lace?
Jo Ann Johnson it doesn’t have a name that I can see - but it’s from Walmart and it’s with the burlap ribbon near the floral section.
Tutorial to long too much unnecessary talking
The flowers are cute, but the CONSTANT stopping to talk & peer at the camers is enough to drive a person crazy. Your video could have been 15 or more minutes shorter if you kept working while talking.
I mean no disrespect, I feel the same way. But I love the flowers and thank you. 😊
