It's along Southern Iceland. The canyon is called Fjaðrárgljúfur, the beach is at Vík í Myrdal, the glacial lagoon is at Jökulsárlón and the waterfalls are Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss. Beiber does a few things in this video, like stand on that ledge at the start and swim in the lagoon at the end, which are extremely dangerous and shouldn't be recreated.
