Do you know the production process of high-manganese steel crusher parts?

In this video, we will introduce the production process of high-manganese steel crusher parts in our factory. Usually, it can be classified as below:
1) Smelting: we melt all the necessary raw materials like Manganese ore and chromium ore, in the inductance furnace.
2) Pouring: once the smelting process is finished, we will pour the molten steel liquid into the sandbox and wait for it to cool down.
3)Heat treatment: during the heat treatment process, the product will be heated in stages inside the resistance furnace.
4)Metallographic test: after the heat treatment, we will do the metallographic test to ensure the physical structure meets the standard.
5)Machining: after the metallographic test, we will do the machining work.
6)Painting: the product color will be decided by the customer's request.
