I agree, i like it better without the stabilization but i think with the new gopro hero 5 its just programmed to be stabilized. Idk if there is a way to turn it off. A kid that races with me has a hero 5 and all his videos are stabilized as well.

Follow up - I'm not against stabilisation and I'm sure in the previous GoPros there is still some because it would probably be unwatchable without it but when the helmet that takes up a quarter of the screen is shaking about violently it kind of becomes unwatchable. I like when there's a bit of a shake when someone slams into a rut because you can get an idea of how much they're pushing

Yea thats true. Personally i like it much better when someone mounts their gopro to their chin because the helmet doesnt take up any of the screen and you get a much better view of the handlebars and stuff. I mounted mine on my chin and i love it because i can watch it back and see how im placing my hands on the bars and stuff like that so i can improve
