I was in the jazz band at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp with mouse, in 1972. We knew then (he was only 16) that he had a bright career ahead of him. Little did we know........
@@alanpardo6424 right at the 5:00 mark he goes into the rhythm riff outro for "I'll Supply The Love" (from Toto's 1st album). Basically the last minute of that song.
Sounds not bad, but I don´t like the hardware of a Kronos. I had one for testing and the Keys (61 in my case) felt like from a 300€ Keyboard. The case that Kronos has several engines inside is not a reason why I should prefer Kronos over an OASYS ;-)
He sounds constipated. He is trying very hard to push it out, but it won’t come out! Relax and eat some prunes, then try again later. And, go to White Castle and eat some sliders. That will work.
Giant steps at a Toto concert 😂😂
What a beast
Yes, I noticed it a few years later after watching the Blu Ray! 😮
One of the greatest keyboard players ever!

Had The Honor of meeting Greg a couple years ago, very nice Gentleman
Nothing worse for a pianist than those flashing lights !!! (No wonder he wears sunglasses). Superb performance
The only keyboardist other than Stevie who is on 3 songs on the Key of Life album. Magnificent skills
And he was brought in to do the hardest parts 😅
Incredible!! What an artist...😎 🎵
3:34 best part OMG
This is by far my most favorite Toto concert.

This man really cameo'd "Giant Steps" during a Toto gig
* 🐐status *
Fascinating how different the rhytms of the left and right hand are around 5:00
Does this extract belong to a toto song or is it simply improv?
yep, probably doesn't help that the crowd begin to clap along!
@@alanpardo6424 yessum! ending solo to I'll supply the love. the rhythms are so hard to keep with in a band setting, never mind TWO HANDS
@@scuffguardian what a nice song! Thanks bro

Jealousy my man… keep practicing 🤣😉
@@WayneMusicianUK “Goat 🐐 “ meaning Greatest Of All Time..soo it was complimentary 🙂
@@WayneMusicianUK Thanks for bringing me back here tho..totally missed this.. 💯
@@clydekaila123 I didn’t know what GOAT meant dude sorry ☺️
Geez, how many people were there?
Maestro
Genius
Cool how he doesn't get confused by the wrong clapping of the audience
In-ear click track, perhaps? ;-)
no
Bastiaan Winde i dont see any ear pieces..he just has amazing timing
You ever play for an appreciative white audience, you *better* have an internal clock track
True
Epik
Does the Oasys piano really sound THAT good?
+olihaug1 I had one and yes, it´s one of the best piano-sounds in a workstation. Now I´m using a Piano by K-Sounds in a Motif XF7
Thanks, how about the Kronos piano?

it may not be the oasys,
these days it could be anything. dont forget he is an avid user of keyscape
@@ianfantomx7 its likely keyscape
Мои занятия на фортепиано ,начинаются с этого прослушивания соло ❤️
Coltrane undercover 😀
He could play in International Chopin Piano Competition
adam1984pl why
No cause they can't compete
I’m sure you meant it as a compliment but he has no need to compete. Those who compete should study him. Just sayin
It should Toto be an honor to play with Greg....
Not the other way :)
Why would you say such stupid thing, just let both sides enjoy the other
Maxim who?
GREAT MUSISION he controls dynamics very well . mistake - 1:23, soso ~2:11

I'd like to see you try. This guy achieved more with the half of his left pinky than you in your entire lifetime.
Great!
