Dear Betty, you only need to spawn in ONE rank 3 vehicle or an event vehicle during a batte for the points to count towards the event. This means that you can spawn an m24 at br 3.7 or even the german event Sd.Kfz.234/1 (20mm puma) at 2.0 and play the rest of the match using other vehicles of a lower rank. Low tier = fun tier!

You can actually use Rank II vehicles for this event. You just need to spawn a rank III vehicle in the match at any point before the game officially ends. It says "Vehicle used in the Mission". Handy little tip if you've just unlocked your first Rank III vehicle and you are struggling to work with just 1 vehicle. Also works with putting a Rank IV plane into a Rank III lineup. It counts your match as Rank IV as long as you spawn that Rank IV Plane. I hope that helps anyone struggling!
I actually noticed it through tasks and challenges but i hope gaijin doesn't patch this because this method is very useful for Event grinders/Battlepass grinders through long term events and for battle tasks that's rank 2 and 3

My idea Dat I sent to gaijin Tru the forum (wich is probably forgotten already or didn't even get read) was Dat every aircraft should have base 600 sp cost and then ordenance and ground belts adds more cost, like a fully loaded P47 would be 600sp + like 250-300sp for all bombs and rokets. So 850-900sp Like this, u need to actually do shit in the match do spawn CAS, while if u want to kill CAS, u have an easier life with only needing 600sp, or an AA
There should be a time limit before planes can even be spawned at all, I think that's the bare minimum to balance them. Speaking of which, I wouldn't mind a short countdown before artillery can be called in for those 0-skill 0-effort "drop arty on closest cap to enemy spawn" pure luck kills 30 seconds into a match.

just to clearify, when it says rank 3 it means "if you use at least one rank 3 vehicle during the match all points count" as i have done naval tasks with only rank 1 boats and finished tasks by flying a rank 3 plane to gain progress when it asked for rank 3 naval units
Pro tip : tasks that require to play with vehicles in **insert number** rank can be completed with vehicles below this rank if you play even a single one of required rank, it's really useful as you can play very low BRs with this technique, for example Russian 2.7 lineup by using Zis-43
I've been unapologetically been playing the Toldi for 75% of the point requirements for this thing. So carefree, so refreshing, so "need-a-shower-after-this"-ing. Also I'm pretty sure you just need to spawn 1 vehicle that fits the requirements. After that everything else counts, so your rank 2s should also accumulate points.
The reason for Chi Nu beeing 3.3 (compared with other 3.3s) is most likely it beeing in the Japanese tree (for most ppl Japan is not the first line to play, most ppl will start with Germany, USA or USSR => Most players know what's going on when they get there. Also they need a tank on that BR xD)
FINALLY, someone said something about the funny Chi-Nu, that thing is completely overtiered for some unknown reason, it has no business at 3.3, same with the Chi-Nu II, it sits at 4.3, when it's basically the japanese equivalent of the Pz 4H, just with worse armor, and of course, no smoke grenades, and being 2 tier jumps higher. I just have to say if it wasn’t for your videos I would have never given warthunder a second chance I was still playing WoT when I downloaded WT for the first time so I was not used to this game and kept dying haha but when I uninstalled it UA-cam started recommending WT related videos and yours popped up and I liked the video I saw that I kept watching more until I finally gave WT a second chance. this game is a roller coaster of joy, hate and regret 😂
I really like the japanese Line up at this br. Strong gun and for some reason you can bounced shots. To greed this event, never took me more than 3h45 with this line up. I tried with 6.7 french line (EBR, AMX-13..) and I reduced the time to 3h10.
It's really surprising just how often the Chi-Tos manage to bounce shots, you'd think they'd go splat in an instant but the mantlet and turret face can fend off Tigers, the US 76mm, all sorts. They're not *reliable* at doing it, but they do it!
I find that completing one challenge can be done easily in a day. The problem is if you try and unlock ALL of the vehicles. This requires splitting it between the two day period with you doing 1 1/2 challenges each day. It is possible but it takes a lot of time and I found that i was getting burned out attempting it. What my suggestion would be, is to focus on one or two vehicles you want and ignore the other one, this leads to less headaches and more time to do other things. if you must have all the vehicles but don’t have the time, then I would focus on the ones you really want and purchase the ones you missed. Each missed challenge costs 990 GE and purchasing all 8 challenges to just get one vehicle costs you 7,920 GE. This is rather expensive but when comparing it to similar premium vehicles you can purchase at the same rating, it is slightly cheaper. Of course I wouldn’t suggest you just buy the vehicles without attempting to get the challenges first. However, personally, it did make me less stressed about completing it before the deadline. Also, don’t be the crazy person to buy all four vehicles for 23,760 GE. It might be technically cheaper but man, did you make a bad financial decision. I wish you all luck!

You only need to spawn with 3rd rank vehicle for the score to count, let's say u make 1000score with rank3 and 700with rank 2, u get 1700 cause u just need to spawn the rank 3
CONTEXT FOR PLAYERS : You can use lower tier (I and II) vehicules (like planes or Scout) to make points in the game. The minimum necessary : you need to play the game with one Tier III minimum. So taking out at least one Tier III vehicle in the game with lower Tier (I and II) does count and also, it's the higher tier vehicle that will be counted for the points multiplication. The reason for Tier I and Tier II multiplication rates is we can use event vehicles and they can be used without tier restrictions as well. So, if you have a vehicle like the M8A1 (Tier I) with other Tier I and II vehicles (M22 locust, M5A1 stuart, M3 Lee, etc.), that will work just well as playing with Tier III vehicles because in fact, the bonus of the Event vehicle is counted.
17:03 Just Japan tree things, like how the Chi-Nu II sits .6 above the PzIV H and J despite being nearly identical in terms of gameplay. You should see the BRs of the frontline bombers in the air tree too, absolutely ridiculous placement.

The other vehicles count as long as you use a rank III in the match. I've been grinding out the naval and tank stars this time around. I might spend the GE for the plane in the end. My grind strat involves using low tier teams with minimum BR Rank IIIs in them. For the tanks its my 3.3 British team of consisting of the Cromwell RP3, AEC AA, Churchill I, SARC 6lb, Firefly, Hellcat, Mustang, Achilles, and the baby SARC. Usually rush a cap with the SARC 6lb, maybe get some kills and/or scouts which puts me in the Hellcat for the some CAS and dogfight action. Having 2 individual drop 1k bombs and 6 HVARs on top of the 6 50cals makes its a potent plane. If I do well in it I can combo it into the Firefly with 8 RP3s. If I end up back on the ground the Cromwell is a fun time and the rest of the vehicles are situational. All of the planes are Rank III so as long as I get in one at some point the match counts and I can average 1-3k points per match pretty easily. For Naval I've had the best luck sticking to coastal line up of ships around 2.3/2.7. I like to open with the MTB 422 or Dark Aggressor and then lean heavily on the HMCS Brantford which provides a stable and hard to kill platform for its 102mm cannon. While slow firing for a coastal ship it packs a punch and has SAP so it can even take on the entry level destroyers that pop up. Smaller boats get one shot'd a lot by it and they struggle to bring it down, but it is slow and lumbering. I have a Corsair and an Avenger if I get airborne there. The MTB 422, Dark Aggressor, and the various Fairmile boats that fill out the line up are all rank III and up. If I dont feel like seal clubbing then for tanks I run a 10.0 team with the Rooikat 105, Chally DS, and the G-LYNX as its core force, and for naval I run around at either 4.7 or 5.7 depending on if I want to play with light cruisers or just destroyers though neither are as consistent as the coastal team.

Fun fact dollar, You don't need to only use rank III vehicles to get score. You can use all the rank IIs and Is you want, as long as you use a rank III once in the match. I tend to make my rank 3 a me 410 and everything else just you classic panzers
This is like how grinded this event as a free-to-play player: -step 1: don't play the game, don't care about the event, and instead enjoing summer going outside and touching some grass! 😎
New players would do it in Arcade, most likely. Notice the lower modifier for Arcade. You should try one task in that. If you get 2 stars, you might as well go for 4 to get that dinky tank.
When I tried WT years ago, I was turned away within a day or so because of constant uptiers and experienced players in low BR games. Immediately took any fun out of it.
BR placement is mostly determined by player stats so the way it is is because germany has a lot of players and many of them suck at the game and japan has a few players and most of them are good at the game

Around 2-3 hours, at br 8.7 arcade (realistic sucks for events)
Naval 4-6h depends on how I play/ how I am motivated/tired

it also gives you an answer 2-3s faster
they don't say the exact range sometimes, aiming by their rangefinding was pretty inconsistent for me

That's why everyone is seal clubbing right now. Sweden and USSR have 2.7 BR tier III vehicles you can use.

I use the Japanese Chaffee to complete the scouting challenges because it’s at rank 3 when the other Chaffee’s are rank 2.
I use 2.7 soviet lineup destroyer of noobs : ZIS 43 / T50 / ZIS-12

This is rather expensive but when comparing it to similar premium vehicles you can purchase at the same rating, it is slightly cheaper. Of course I wouldn’t suggest you just buy the vehicles without attempting to get the challenges first. However, personally, it did make me less stressed about completing it before the deadline.
Also, don’t be the crazy person to buy all four vehicles for 23,760 GE. It might be technically cheaper but man, did you make a bad financial decision.

I am always amazed how pro players see every vehicle in any place on the map, meanwhile I am literally a T-rex with my vision.
You only need to spawn with 3rd rank vehicle for the score to count, let's say u make 1000score with rank3 and 700with rank 2, u get 1700 cause u just need to spawn the rank 3

CONTEXT FOR PLAYERS :
You can use lower tier (I and II) vehicules (like planes or Scout) to make points in the game.
The minimum necessary : you need to play the game with one Tier III minimum. So taking out at least one Tier III vehicle in the game with lower Tier (I and II) does count and also, it's the higher tier vehicle that will be counted for the points multiplication.
The reason for Tier I and Tier II multiplication rates is we can use event vehicles and they can be used without tier restrictions as well. So, if you have a vehicle like the M8A1 (Tier I) with other Tier I and II vehicles (M22 locust, M5A1 stuart, M3 Lee, etc.), that will work just well as playing with Tier III vehicles because in fact, the bonus of the Event vehicle is counted.

I've been grinding out the naval and tank stars this time around. I might spend the GE for the plane in the end.
My grind strat involves using low tier teams with minimum BR Rank IIIs in them.
For the tanks its my 3.3 British team of consisting of the Cromwell RP3, AEC AA, Churchill I, SARC 6lb, Firefly, Hellcat, Mustang, Achilles, and the baby SARC. Usually rush a cap with the SARC 6lb, maybe get some kills and/or scouts which puts me in the Hellcat for the some CAS and dogfight action. Having 2 individual drop 1k bombs and 6 HVARs on top of the 6 50cals makes its a potent plane. If I do well in it I can combo it into the Firefly with 8 RP3s. If I end up back on the ground the Cromwell is a fun time and the rest of the vehicles are situational. All of the planes are Rank III so as long as I get in one at some point the match counts and I can average 1-3k points per match pretty easily.
For Naval I've had the best luck sticking to coastal line up of ships around 2.3/2.7. I like to open with the MTB 422 or Dark Aggressor and then lean heavily on the HMCS Brantford which provides a stable and hard to kill platform for its 102mm cannon. While slow firing for a coastal ship it packs a punch and has SAP so it can even take on the entry level destroyers that pop up. Smaller boats get one shot'd a lot by it and they struggle to bring it down, but it is slow and lumbering. I have a Corsair and an Avenger if I get airborne there. The MTB 422, Dark Aggressor, and the various Fairmile boats that fill out the line up are all rank III and up.
If I dont feel like seal clubbing then for tanks I run a 10.0 team with the Rooikat 105, Chally DS, and the G-LYNX as its core force, and for naval I run around at either 4.7 or 5.7 depending on if I want to play with light cruisers or just destroyers though neither are as consistent as the coastal team.

You don't need to only use rank III vehicles to get score. You can use all the rank IIs and Is you want, as long as you use a rank III once in the match.
I tend to make my rank 3 a me 410 and everything else just you classic panzers

New players would do it in Arcade, most likely. Notice the lower modifier for Arcade. You should try one task in that. If you get 2 stars, you might as well go for 4 to get that dinky tank.

When I tried WT years ago, I was turned away within a day or so because of constant uptiers and experienced players in low BR games. Immediately took any fun out of it.

BR placement is mostly determined by player stats so the way it is is because germany has a lot of players and many of them suck at the game and japan has a few players and most of them are good at the game
