For those who wonder on how the asterite amount will look in this new model compared to the old one (with only ToA):
- 2x ToA / month = 2 x 700 = 1400
- 1x ToA + 1x Wastes = 700 + 800 = 1500
Aside from additional 100 asterites, just having a different mode to play instead of ToA is big win in itself. Also, if that node with infinity symbol in Torrent stage is actual "infinite tower" type content you get after clearing all the normal nodes (and rewards) then all those OP gold tokens make a lot of sense. Players who don't have well built characters can use them to get through normal nodes and just get the asterites, while veterans and other sweats can hold onto them until the very end. This is obviously speculation for now though.
Oh, and the new weekly endgame also gives asterite, but I don't think we have any numbers on this one at the moment. I personally wouldn't expect more than 100/week.

I know the new permanent content fishing gives 300 Astrites, but idk how often the cycle it reset. I’ve heard every week. I could be wrong.

Hey man, just wanna say maybe we could reflect onto PGR since all of these content mirrors almost exactly as to what we got in PGR, Whi Wa here really reminds me of Warzone endgame mode in PGR challenges tab. I swear, WuWa is gonna be full of content like PGR is with tons of endgame content. Bosses that kills you every 5 seconds (no joke).

I guess the powerful buff is for those that don't have good build, echoes, or just don't have enough characters. For those that want more difficulty, you could choose the lower tier token. As long as the fight is difficult even only a little, i'm down for it.
I don't think there is something like vigor in ToA for the character, so we probably could use the same character as much as we want as long as the stage is different? And they probably locked the weapon and echoes in 1 stage, because we need 2 teams, but other stage could use different echo and weapon?
I need to see more of it when the gamemode came out. I'm also curious about the weekly content though, it's barely explained in the livestream.
