I'm booked on Delta to Miami in their basic cabin. I took it because I didn't want to spend more money and I'll be by myself. It's my first time going basic. The ticket was $283. I thought it was a good deal. .
I’m not surprised especially with that being an international flight. It varies based on location. It’s usually closer with you $60 (or less) with domestic ones.
This is a great video 🫶🏼 what is the difference between the seats 💺 I’m going to Paris and London for my comedy shows are they comfortable to sit for 8 plus hours? Thanks in advance
All seats are comfortable in their planes in my opinion! For an international trip like that, Basic may not be an option so the cheapest would be Main which is comfortable.
Hi . I m a immobilized disable passenger who needs a seat with more space to exercise my legs due ro the abnormality of blood circulation. United airline always accommodate me with wider seats until my recent basic economy ticket which they were going to refuse . Is there a different law pertaining the seat accommodation for people with disability with basic economy ticket?
Would we be able to pay for chargeable returning tickets if its a round-trip flight not exactly same day but if you want to change to an early returning date?
What about Delta basic with 6 year old and an infant on lap. Will they still seperate us? Price difference is quite high for me basic vs standard economy, international travel.
It’s possible, but it depends on the flight! I believe they would choose to group you together somewhere in the back because they wouldn’t want to place a minor away from their parent. However, it depends on the seat selection of those who pay to select seats and flight fullness. If it’s a full flight, then it may be hard to move around and those with higher tickets would likely get priority preference. I’ll also say that sometimes when you book International, basic option is not available and they start with “Main Cabin” pricing which would group your party together.
@@MissExclusive4 Thanks for the response. I couldn’t book Delta basic on international flight myself. I checked with the Priceline agent. They offered me.
@@olvinorellana you may be put on the “stand by list” but they will have to give you a seat because you bought a ticket. It just means your seat is determined at check in or at the gate versus in advance like the other tiered tickets.
I bought a basic economy ticket with Delta to Belize for $300! Flying from Houston. A great deal! I've flown basic economy as well to Guatemala via United. Look aint no shame as long as I get a good flight deal. I flew with my kids and they seated us all together (I never choose my seats) if they kids are under 12 or 13 they will seat you all together
@@Thetaylorsonthego sometimes that the flight is full they’ll have you on the standby list when you fly economy, but it will show up once you get to the airport and at the counter near the gate

The way that things have been very expensive I definitely understand. I’m sure it will go well. Let me know how it goes.
I bought a trip from Orlando to the UK and the main cabin economy was $289 more than the economy light.

Thank you! Very helpful
You’re welcome!
We are flying Delta for the first time and I selected economy... lets see how it goes. family of 4 adults.

With the basic economy option? I think it’s not changeable or refundable. You can with a main cabin option.
@MissExclusive4 so would I have to ask for an upgrade?
@@jordandaley6139 yes I believe so and it would be a fee.
So, I have a question. Do the complimentary drinks include alcoholic beverages?
No they do not. You get water, juice or Coca-Cola products with a small snack like sun chips, almonds, pretzels or cookies
Thank you

Thank you for sharing your experience! I had to request to be placed with my minor but it worked out. I’m always going for the best deal too.
I checked in but my boarding pass doesn’t show a seat number ??
