Amazing 20 million dollars! Congrats!!! - You both are the best agents I’ve ever seen; professional, honest, and excellent at managing time. Keep up the good work!
@@WeLoveSaintJohn thanks Wendy & Les…I can’t tell you which street for two reasons. 1) I live with my 93 year old mom and I’ve got to protect her and 2) I don’t want to dox myself. Lol.
Pre pandemic, homes in Saint John/Rothesay/Quispamsis hardly ever went to a price war. Most often people were able to buy a home less than the asking price. I live in Rothesay. We built our house back in 1990. If we ever sold, we probably couldn't afford to move back to the area, so we are staying put lol.
Hi. Well we made the move to SJ from PEI, before that from Ontario. We are renting for the time being and enjoying getting to know the area. We want to be here a year or more before deciding where we might like to buy. Kind of stumbled across you a few years ago when we were not sold on PEI, and your videos played a role in our choosing this area. Hope to see you around and thank you, and when ready, seek your help in purchasing.
Thank you to a long time viewer. It's quite humbling to hear that we played a part in your decision to live in this area. We would be honoured to help you when you are ready, and please do say hello if you see us around.
Congratulations on your wins in real estate at SJ, am delighted to hear how many homes you guys have pulled off the market. Les and Wendy, you guys have been honest and genuine people, the reason why I fell in love with SJ NB. Am glad to announce to you I will be coming to NBCC this fall. I will be looking forward to running into the two of you in Saint John. It has been 3yrs of planning and praying for this opportunity, I have been following this channel for yrs if you can remember. See you soon. I love Sant John Wendy!!!! ❤🎉😊 ~Williams From Nigeria
Of course we remember you Williams. Congratulations on finally coming to Saint John this Fall, and thank you for being a long time viewer of our channel and providing such kind comments.
My wife and i are going to move to new Brunswick next year. I've lived in Moncton before and the French was a bit much for me. But New Brunswick over all is the place to be in my opinion. My wife is 150% decided on Fredericton, i feel like it's missing some things that Saint John has. Help me convince her! I'm in sales, cellular and my wife is in housekeeping how easy are jobs going to be to find? She's found Fredericton is very walk/bike friendly as we don't own cars. The down sides I've heard of Saint John is the pollution and smell but how much of that should I be concerned about. I grew up in Campbell River BC we had a pulp mill that stunk the whole city up, we used to say it was the smell of money. Thanks for your response in advance.
If the French was a bit much for you in Moncton, it might be in Fredericton too. And if your wife has 150% decided that she loves mountainous snow banks in winter, insufferable heat and bugs in the summer and she hates the ocean and reliable transit, then there isn't much I can say to talk her into Saint John. Sure, Fredericton is nicer than Moncton, but why punish yourselves settling for second best. Come to Saint John where the ocean breezes keep the climate moderate, the scenery is incredible, and the people are the friendliest. By the way, the pollution and smell propaganda is a bunch of hooey you only hear from people in cities that can't boast of an ocean.
If you don't own cars then Fredericton is the better place for you maybe. Much better for getting around by bike. Downside to Fredericton is it's extremely hot and humid in the summer. More snow in the winter too.

Thank you Isaac, you are too kind.
I made it from Alberta to Saint John. Found some work too. All your videos have been a huge help 😊
It's amazing how much of your "fear" of the unknown can be taken away by just some videos on UA-cam
Glad to hear it, thanks for watching.
Heyyy friends….Annie from Quispamsis….that looks not too far from me. Woooooow. You even went passed my street. Lol.
Hi Annie, thanks for always watching. You live in a lovely area.

My pleasure, ... I will email you guys when I come in next month( August)❤
At 12:55 you passed a convenience store i was at when i visited on April and was touring around
Looking at the prices as I live in that area and shocked at these prices.
Yes, prices have risen a lot. Still very affordable compared to the rest of the country though.
Awesome guys - keep it up! :D
Thanks, Jordan!

Where is this area located in Saint John? I like your video I have been watching you from South Africa.
Quispamsis and Rothesay, just outside of Saint John.
I wish to come to Canada to work. I don't know who can affer to help me. I see your videos on UA-cam channel
We are just realtors. You need an immigration consultant.
$192,000 doesn't even get you a decent mobile home in NS. Depending where you are in Ontario $192k isn't enough for a down payment.
❤
can you find me a room in saint john for price range of 300 to 350 per month
Unfortunately, we do no deal with rentals, only sales.
