Interesting video. Look forward to seeing the results after reflow. What is the minimum pitch size of pins you're expecting it to work with? (I've had issues with 0.5mm pitched components when using stencils so am looking for a way to take my skill (or lack of!) out of the process.).
Minimum are 0.2mm canulla size. I guess its possible to dispense drops with this outside diameter.
+Frank Herrmann Cool - it would be great it if could dispense precise 0.2mm blobs of paste! All I have to do now is finish off my CNC machine (shouldn't take more than a year.....). I look forward to seeing more results from you! Thanks.

I do not understand, what a flux dispenser would be usefull for.
As far as I understand, flux is used, to help, to become the soldering tin more fluid.
But I think, you cannot solder without soldering tin, can you?

I tested this Auger with a bottle of compressed air - - I measured pressure I was getting from bottle - it was abt 2 bar and the system works well. - see my video here following your steps!!

Hmm, difficult question? I guess my professional vacuum pump has a pressure from 2-4 bar. But i just switch this on for 2-4 sevonds. That's enough pressure for a half hour.
