TRUST ME, Kisame does NOT compare to tobirama. He was really, really strong no doubt but tobirama was a f*cking monster that even the tail-less tailed beast couldn't compare to. First of all tobirama managed to defeat izuna uchiha, without having a kekkei genkai of his own and at the time, izuna and madara were considered equals in their clan. Bro could create a fucking sea out of nothing and beat the ass of multiple uchihas. Whereas Kisame lost to guy while being surrounded in water. I know guy was a terrible matchup for Kisame because of his lack of Chakra fueled attacks, but if tobirama had been in that position, he would have won. Tobirama senju is simply in a class of his own, the only reason why he does not have a reputation similar to madara or hashirama is because of, well, hashirama. When your older brother is the fucking god of shinobi, people often gloss over your achievements. Tobirama is simply a GOATED water style user.

I again say that - there is only difference of 19-20

Actually the hardest to perform Water technique we saw, was from Mei, the Mizukage, with the Water Dragon Bullet, which she seemed to be able to use multiple times. I will say that Kisame's variety with it hasn't been showed to be as impressive as the volume, but I'm seeing nothing that would make Tobirama win a battle using only Water Style (since we are only judging the water style).

Kakashi is just about the most well rounded ninja ever. He has mastery or at least expert levels of adeptness with everything. Ninjutsu? Copied over a thousand and can use every chakra nature to a high level of efficiency. Genjutsu? Master of the sharingan to the point that Itachi and Sasuke complimented him on it. Taijutsu? He could keep up with Guy even with a few of the Gates. And could even open the first gate himself. Sealing Jutsu? He was at least adept at it since he could use the Evil Sealing Method on Sasuke. Bukijutsu? He was an expert swordsman and was adept at using kunai, shuriken, and a bunch of other ninja tools. Even unwieldy ones that he never used before like Kubikiribocho. Tracking and stealth? He was some of the best and had his dogs to help him out. Intelligence? He created an A-rank jutsu before becoming a jounin at age 12 and a few other variants of it at later on. Dude was a beast and probably had the second or third most raw talent in Konoha. Just behind Itachi and Minato.
Forgets that Asuma is also a master and one of the best wind style users ever yes naruto is a great wind style user but he uses to my knowledge one wind style jutsu in shippuden while asuma used it in his blades and other things

I agree with Sasuke. I think he stands above the others due to the sheer versatility and creativity with lightning. I mean with Kirin he literally brings down lightning from the sky. I think he has the strongest case for lightning mastery.
For Fire, I might give it to Sasuke. He showcased more jutsus, and matched other prominent fire using such as Itachi. Im sure his skills only expanded further after the 4th ninja war. I'd also debate on Lightning release for versatility in arsensal...but more so Kirin alone. The Raikages of course would also fit in this spot. Aside from Hogoroma in regards to Yin/Yang release. I give 2nd Mizukage (eyebrowless kage) yin release. Yang release maybe for Shikamaru or Deidara (I have a feeling the explosion he uses have some degree of Yang since imo yang is chakra that assist in giving life to the lifeless)

Wind should honestly go to Temari. Naruto is the most powerful wind user yes but Temari has more skill at using wind than Naruto. I think she was also referenced in one of the novels to be the most skilled at wind techniques as well.

I would give lightning release more to Sasuke than Kakashi. Because not only did he create many unique varients of the Chidori. But he also create to S rank lightning style techiques called, Kiren and Lorentz Gun. Look em up
If we are separating yin and yang release I think it will probably be Shikamaru or Shikaku for Yin since that's what their shadow style is and then for Yang it be Jiriya, Chozo, or Choji since Jiriya hair jutsu are yang but the akamichi is more potent yang release so could go either way
The Sarutobi fire release is stronger than the Uchiha fire release!!! Madara, Kakashi and Boruto all have Purple Lightning, which is definitely stronger than the chidori. And while Naruto is definitely very skilled with wind release, the rasenshuriken is the only wind based justu we see him use, while Temari uses nothing but wind release! As for Earth release, kakashi is very very talented with it! He has a feat where he held up a mud wall for like 2 days or something crazy like that. Hashirama can use all of them with the highest quality, and this is normal because he is the strongest shinobi. We really have not seen his true strength. I hope we will see it in the future.

I would give lightning release more to Sasuke than Kakashi. Because not only did he create many unique varients of the Chidori. But he also create to S rank lightning style techiques called, Kiren and Lorentz Gun. Look em up

I always wondered if Tobirama could use ice release but didn't use it die to not being proficient enough with it.
If we are separating yin and yang release I think it will probably be Shikamaru or Shikaku for Yin since that's what their shadow style is and then for Yang it be Jiriya, Chozo, or Choji since Jiriya hair jutsu are yang but the akamichi is more potent yang release so could go either way
The Sarutobi fire release is stronger than the Uchiha fire release!!! Madara, Kakashi and Boruto all have Purple Lightning, which is definitely stronger than the chidori. And while Naruto is definitely very skilled with wind release, the rasenshuriken is the only wind based justu we see him use, while Temari uses nothing but wind release! As for Earth release, kakashi is very very talented with it! He has a feat where he held up a mud wall for like 2 days or something crazy like that. Also his mud wall has dog faces on it, which is awesome and totally a kakashi thing to do!
