I'm certainly not opposed to your idea about requiring experience to use it, but what we want to do is perhaps add that in a future update where experience can be spent on some sort of additional feature. We have somewhat of a roadmap in place for future content updates to this add-on depending on if there is an appetite for the add-on itself. Thank you very much!

as much as i love this mod there is one thing that concern me i would love if you could somehow add a way for telelantern to be modified by only one person i certainly don’t want some griefer hitting the delete button on one of them
LOGDOTZIP!! can your team make it so we wont be able to change the setting? Like.. somehow only for 1 person?? (Im thinking a seperate item) So we can make a game with it
Imagine making a world with these, where you use spark portals and telelanterns. Spark portals being for more private teleportation use, but telelanterns for more public based stuff, communal, etc
i think this mod is the best for travel while the warp stones are good for travel but more so aesthetically pleasing and the spark portals are great because they allow you to not only tp yourself but also mobs if you want specific mobs from far away places or dimensions but don't wanna do nether travel or a long journey home in the overworld or boat mobs through end gates.
I noticed there was something missing in this review that should be mentioned that is very awesome about this add-on. If you have two or more villagers in an area, one of these telelanterns will spawn in on it's own. I decided while making a villager library, I was going to keep all the nitwits and make a nitwit village. I had two nitwits in fenced with some sleeping quarters,. After having this add-on installed for a day or two in my Minecraft world, a telelantern spawned in the in fenced area.
I recently got this add on and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It's so easy to use, cheap in price, helps me fast travel through my world and the lanterns themselves make very cute decorations. Quite honestly my favorite add on so far. 🤩
Now all we need is a way stone add on that allows either private ones or a team based system for PvP or so your menu isn't filled up from everyone's individual portals because none of these have that concept in mind.
@@Logdotzip thank you because the concept of way stones being only useable for that player with a option to give certain (or all) players access is partially there through ender chests. If the coding is a problem of concern. I will 100% pay 3$+ for it, so please keep it ease of use lol.
Bug, NAY Feature: When you pick up an auto-spawned Warpstone in a town, then sleep in that same town, there is a chance for another Warpstone spawning. Since it doesn't keep track of the towns that already had them spawn in. So if you need a few more and don't wanna village hop to get them, this might help.

There is a glitch i noticed with this mod when playing with a friend, so when you teleport to the nether from the overworld with a tamed pet. Sometimes the pet would get duplicated
It also happens will Sparky's Portals,.. If u have the add-on Chest Pets, up can put a few diamonds (NOT to many, because sometimes your chest pad can just randomly disappear and you'll never get it back), go through a portal to the nether and come back with duo pet both with the same inventory. But like I said be warned they randomly vanish. lol
i use waystones from mcpedl kinda the same thing just a bit different from this, it uses Pillars which you can craft as well as teleportation scroll and teleportation gem.

Hi I'm one of the developers for Logdotzip. The telelantern item is actually a spawn egg, so that's why the spawner transformed into a telelantern spawner when you clicked on it. This is a vanilla feature (although an annoying one in this case) so there isn't much we can do to fix it

I've been keeping them away from my spawners ever since so luckily I haven't lost anymore (actually got a jump scare when it happened which was kinda a fun moment even if unfortunate the spawner was lost 🤣) Also thank you for the add-on! I've been enjoying it for easy world traversal and even though it isn't the primary purpose, it also doubles really well as a decoration item imo.
Honestly, a bit expensive in-game. Perhaps you can raid a few villages to get them early on - but not really early-game friendly. Ideally, I would be nice to have different types (overworld, nether and end) portals that different materials more in alignment with the dimension you are in. For example, you should be able to make portals in the overworld with overworld materials. Beyond that, this looks like a great add-on and actually fairly priced. I actually prefer smaller, cheaper add-ons over the "kitchen sink" expensive ones.
This addon is a banger for real. I only wish the Telelanterns had not been naturally generated. I think teleportation should be something available at the end game and not almost starting the game.
Portal one is best cause different colours are different frequencies. If this had different frequencies based on different RGB colours, id say this is better by far!
Hello, I need help, I have a realms server and no monsters appear, I have already tried restarting most of the addons and nothing happens and it happens when more than 2 players join while there is only 1 player, the server works, what do I do?
I have an issue where multiple lanterns spawn ontop of lanterns I place... I ended up with 50 lanterns in one place? This always happens when I use one
there's an issue with this addon, dunno if it's a bug. if you accidentally destroy the telelantern, it doesn't destroy the tp location. if I'm in another location with a telelantern, i can still see and tp to the destroyed telelanterns location. teleporting to the destroyed telelanterns location spawns an invisible telelantern, theres just an outline of it and you can't access the warp function but you can destroy it. but it will spawn again when you tp back to that location. there's no way to remove the destroyed telelanterns tp location on other telelanterns.
This add on literally ruined my realm, it made it to where no one could get on, I can't download or replace it and on a regular word the add on doesn't even work
I see these as too troublesome to craft, so I consider the warpstones addon to have a better crafting recipe. I have this and the warpstones addon, and unless you can move one of these telelanterns, I consider the warpstones addon better. I never tried moving one, so if I do try and can move one, then I may be more willing to use this addon, but currently I use the warpstones addon instead. I don't really want to move into a village, that and the crafting recipe are why I don't particularly care for this addon.
See that’s what I’m saying like if your just starting your world you cant use this one until your able to get a damn end crystal which isn’t exactly easy to get until you’re a ways into your new world game

They spawn in villages, and can be put into mob spawners and spawn them
