Air-traffic control is a fascinating science...just as much as is flying an aircraft. How the controllers keep everything "straight", and moving safely, is well beyond me! God bless them, for so much is riding on their expertise and knowledge.
You probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all the new movies on instaflixxer. Been watching with my girlfriend recently :)
You, bring Us 100% of the Journey" Practically! , My sincerest & deep appreciation for your contributing continuing leisure journeys, It is a privilege to watch your Flight Video's experiences especially this full video formatted availability with the ATC,Flight route information etc this real stellar Service you have provided for many civil Aviation viewer's. Cheer's to You Sir'
Thanks so much for your lovely comment, comments like yours really motivate me to carry on making these videos. I know that full length flights aren't for everybody, but by providing them as the complete experience, it helps to give people a feel for the whole experience of the flight, and of course the ability to choose which parts of the video they like to watch :) Glad you enjoy the videos!
Love this one I like the sound of people chatting, it sends me to sleep, for the last 4-5 years I've been sleeping to these kinds of vids but only recently came across your channel and I love it, thanks for all the vids and the lovely nights sleep I get from them. So cool. Anyway night from me in Brighton 🇬🇧.
Haha, yep especially when it's turned up loud :) It's amazing the amount of things you pick up in the videos that you never noticed when on the flight though haha :)
Nice video, didn't watch it all but thanks for taking the time to make and share it. I wish we could could actually play tower traffic on the PA sometimes so the folks in the back wouldn't blame us for ground holds, lol ; )
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it :) It would be great to hear the ATC chatter, I would have listened to LiveATC on the ground but didn't have any data allowance for the USA. Listening back was quite humorous I have to say :)
Yep I was amazed how everything came together on this one - the light, the spray fogging up the engines, the sound, my wife was sat next to me and couldn't figure out why I had such a huge grin on my face :D
Thank you! I will be having another flight into PHL soon, DFW-PHL with American, and then PHL-DUB also with American (although departure is at night time).
Hey Noel. How do u get the ATC from the flight? I know you can get it from live ATC but how do you record it/know which center frequencies there on, etc... would like to know! Thanks Noel!
Thank you! Well I entered a casino for the first time in my life, joined the fraternity of high rollers and instantly won $5 on a $1 slot machine! But sadly my good fortune didn't last and I lost $10 the following night. But hey I still won $5! :D
I’m traveling for the first time from PHL to Las Vegas October 1 I’m really scared how many hours are you actually in the air until you get to Vegas because I know there’s a time difference
Great video - the ground control guy was rude..but entertaining to listen! Love approaching Vegas. We are doing this route next year in first - any experience of the first cabin on this same route? (we will make a video of it of course). Liked and subscribed
Nice video man. When I fly on long domestic I always choose JetBlue if they are available. I live in Philadelphia and it is very unlikely to find the a32b a321.
inflight Video sadly American Airlines hasn't really done much to improve the hard product of the legacy US Airways hubs and routes. But then again this is an airline that runs an ancient 757 on a 7-hour International transatlantic flight with no IFE or power. And they wonder why the Middle Eastern big three or so much better? They actually care about the hard product.
you have to consider there was a swap that was done by executive management at first to protect employee and customer safety. then, after the delay with the weather, one has to consider many deaths have happened over the years when pilots have challenged those storms. you need to be careful with safety and also performance of passingers arriving where they are supposed to go in reasonable time.
And, just in case you don't believe what she said, watch "Why Planes Crash" on the Weather Channel, because pilots were treated like gods, and there was very little communication between the flight crew and the pilots in many cases. There were too many situations where planes literally ran out of fuel, because pilots were too preoccupied with a problem instead of finding the solution and communicating with the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the destination airport.
It will but it's having some delay and the tower is controlling the airplane because of plane taking off and landing that's why the towers are here for to control but not control the plane but like air traffic control so their is no crash
+inflight Video Toronto Canada :D im the one that commented a while back Its in a 777 which should have been a dreamliner when I booked it :( then headed to orlando after a few days :)
Really good video you even filmed the transit journey to :D. I'm going to Lisbon next week, flying with TAP Portugal from Gatwick and return to Heathrow I hope to film both flights as long as my parents let me because they think that the camera will make the plane crash or the staff will think I'm a terrorist which is so unfair i just want to win the respect of the Plane spotting community!
Hey there. You've got a good friend with another UA-camr called "TheGreatFlyer" who's studying to be a pilot. He's in Greece. Perhaps you could study his vids and contact him. He'll give you some very good advice. He films them all the time, and he's also got some of the best spotting videos from SkiAthos, (aka the 2nd St. Martin.) If that doesn't convince your parents, I don't know what will. Check him out.
What do you use to film these trip reports? I always feel so awkward and weird holding my camera while walking in the airports. Also, I get weird looks from people when I hold it in my hand. Are you wearing like a camera hat that keeps your videos stable?
Hi there, check out my video at ua-cam.com/video/MZPyKK3_T5w/v-deo.html I go through all the equipment I use :) Essentially I film the airport parts on my iPhone or SJ5000, the onboard footage is with a GoPro attached to the window.
Wow you have a really long flight To Las Vegas but fly safe I guess I Think you have wait pretty long For The Strom To pass enjoy you flight 😃😃😃😃😃😃💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙❤❄❄❄❄❄❄👍👍👍👍👍😄😃😄😄😀😃😀😃😃❤💙💚💚💚💜💜💜✈✈✈✈✈✈✈

ecoRfan Yeah it sucks Philly has a long taxi time. Only because flights basically only leave from 27L. There was talk of adding a 27C but that is not happening now.
I did think about adding it, but with it being a night time flight, I figured most would just like it for relaxation/sleep purposes rather than with ATC. I have just got back from filming a return trip from the UK to France, and have got ATC for the entire flight from route clearance through to taxying to the stand, looking forward to putting that one together and releasing it :)
The captain was made aware that we were about to be entering an area of light to moderate chop (turbulence) and they were asking everybody to put their seatbelts on :)
Kinda sucks that most of the 321 fleet doesn't have IFE/Power outlets on AA. (My Delta Flight to London had IFE/ Power outlets and free meals in coach)
I always prefer to fly during the day, you will get to see all the scenery instead of just pitch black, and Vegas to New York has some stunning scenery :)
Thank you sir, I haven't been to CO before, although my JFK-LAX video had great views of the entire state as we flew over Denver and then the Rockies. Watch this space :)
I took the same exact flight from Philly to Las Vegas in that same airbus 10 yrs ago and it was atrocious. You would think with a 5 1/2hr flight they would put you in a decent size plane and not shove you all in like sardines. Oh my gosh! I'd love to support you, but I just can't financially do that right now, but I will pray for you. I am unable to work, and I have medical expenses, and both my mother and twin sister are ill, so I have a lot on my plate. I wish I could just get away from it all for a couple of weeks, and go to my favorite Monastery, Holy Transfiguration, in Ellwood City, Pensylvania. This is turning out to be an interesting year, and I hope I'm not next on the list for more illness. It seems to come in 3s, and I'm a Cancer Conquerer for now! In the meantime, I really enjoy your videos. I just resubscribed, because I just checked, and I lost you for a short time there. Did you get to see Celine Dion while you were over there in Los Vegas? Or as they say "Lost Wages"...
Thanks Heather, and not a problem at all I understand! Best wishes and prayers for your mother and sister, I hope you're able to take a vacation soon. Congrats on conquering the big C, my father-in-law is a survivor too and is now 10 years in remission. Thanks for your re-sub, really appreciate it! We were in Vegas for the ACM Party for a Cause festival. My wife and I are both big country music fans and it was great to see so many huge acts. We got to see Luke Bryan, Justin Moore, Dustin Lynch and Chase Rice close up too on the red carpet so it was a fantastic experience. Best wishes to you and your family, and thanks for your continued support I really do appreciate it!
Yep I have a 26000mAh portable battery that is good for around 36 hours of recording, with a couple of 128GB MicroSD cards that'll do around 9 hours each :)
Air-traffic control is a fascinating science...just as much as is flying an aircraft. How the controllers keep everything "straight", and moving safely, is well beyond me! God bless them, for so much is riding on their expertise and knowledge.
I listen to this at night and it helps me fall asleep 😊
I'm sitting here wondering what my life has become, that I'm staring at a Ground Hold on UA-cam.
Watching during the Rona...miss flying. Though I could skip the hold I guess!
You probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all the new movies on instaflixxer. Been watching with my girlfriend recently :)
@Chance Kaiser yup, I have been using InstaFlixxer for years myself :)
@Chance Kaiser Definitely, I have been using instaflixxer for months myself :D

I love the entire Airbus A318/A319/A320-200 (NEO) and A321 single-aisle jets. They all are very comfy, quiet and ecomomic.
321 transcon is brand new, this aircraft is old.
Really? Didn't AA first start taking delivery of their A32X series planes within the past 5 years or so?
this 321 is a old Usairways 321 not the new transcon 321t.
I miss home! That's why I watch these.
1:19:30- Takeoff is here. You're Welcome
joey Galileo Hotto thank you so much!!!!!
Gracias ;)
Thanks! 😁
American airlines: *Uses a 787 for a 5 hour flight*
Also American airlines: *Uses an A320 for a 6.4 hour flight*
ATC wasn't messing around, wow.
I’ve been watching for an hour why r we still on the ground 😂
Love the lightning in the back ground.
Aside from the fact it delayed us by so long, it was nice to see as we climbed out of PHL :)
OMG..... petty little ATC (ground control) 43:05 Hilarious!!!
jujumediazone that was definitely an ass hole alert moment lol
I guess professionalism can eat ass, eh? Merica’
He’s fired
You great mate for providing those full flight uncunt videos. Not many trip reporters have the courage to do that. Respect ✊
Thanks so much Max, and thanks for watching the videos! :)
When me and my mom flew on jetblue flight 662 They give us snacks and soda it was amazing 😀😃😀😃😀😃😀❄❄❄❄👍👍💚💙💙💙💚💚💚💙💚💙
It get darker faster before you could land. Amazing.
Yep I was gutted at the delay, the whole flight was scheduled to be in daylight :(
@@noelphilips but don’t you love Vegas at night?

What a beautiful take off! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, yes it was very enjoyable :)
Goody! I love these flights! Going to Ireland so I can have thrills, myself!
Love this one I like the sound of people chatting, it sends me to sleep, for the last 4-5 years I've been sleeping to these kinds of vids but only recently came across your channel and I love it, thanks for all the vids and the lovely nights sleep I get from them. Haha keep going you may be in Vegas by the weekend! ;) :D I'm just working on the PHL-DUB overnight one now and nodding off to the engine rumble :D
+inflight Video lol hopefully, the engine noise is so soothing u must drop off a lot doing these videos lol
Haha, yep especially when it's turned up loud :) It's amazing the amount of things you pick up in the videos that you never noticed when on the flight though haha :)
Nice video mate!
Thank you! :)
enjoy your videos
Nice video, didn't watch it all but thanks for taking the time to make and share it. I wish we could could actually play tower traffic on the PA sometimes so the folks in the back wouldn't blame us for ground holds, lol ; )

Omg I remember the ticket agent guy checking tickets when I used to work. Nice guy.
That was one of the most elaborate pushbacks I’ve ever seen
That time of night and a Wee change of scene for me , again as always your work is very much appreciated by myself
Awesome, enjoy the flight :) I'll be releasing PHL-DUB soon, that is an overnight flight with a beautiful sunrise at the end so you might enjoy it :)
+inflight Video sounds lovely
Gotta love those IAE V2500 engines spool down to climb thrust after departure! 10/10!
Haha it always sounds cool :)
awesome video Noel!
It's bad enough if you have bladder control problems. The 2 hour delay really compounds the issue X's 10!
nice video I liked all of your full flights videos they are fun
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoy the videos! :)
your welcome your videos are great
Beautiful take off. Stunning!
Yep I was amazed how everything came together on this one - the light, the spray fogging up the engines, the sound, my wife was sat next to me and couldn't figure out why I had such a huge grin on my face :D
Absolutely beautiful footage! (As always)
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed :)
I Love your videos. Especially anything out of or to PHL. MY home town..
Thank you! I will be having another flight into PHL soon, DFW-PHL with American, and then PHL-DUB also with American (although departure is at night time).
Thanks for your comment! I'm glad the videos help you!
very smooth landing nice one mate
Hey Noel. How do u get the ATC from the flight? I know you can get it from live ATC but how do you record it/know which center frequencies there on, etc... would like to know! Thanks Noel!
Your videos are excellent.
Thank you so much, appreciate the comment and glad you enjoy the videos! :)
Love your videos
Thanks Frank!
1:16:28 Wouldn't it be a dream to get lights like that in P3D/FSX? Is there a good add on for lights?
Nice vid. I fell asleep to this and it was the best nap I've ever had hehe 😀😀😀👍🏻👍🏻
Haha awesome :) Thanks for commenting!
Beautiful footage. Good luck in Las Vegas! Hopefully you hit the jackpot at the casino and win some money for a really nice flight soon!
This atc has me dying laughing 😂🤣😂🤣
People usually aren’t that unprofessional
Did you have some hot meal ? I flew on JetBlue last winter from Los Angeles to Miami and they served dinner.
Nope, it was just buy on board :(
Amazing wish me a good nights rest
Haha hope it helps :)
It did
Great video - the ground control guy was rude..but entertaining to listen! Love approaching Vegas. We are doing this route next year in first - any experience of the first cabin on this same route? (we will make a video of it of course). Liked and subscribed
Nice video
This video is AMAZING ! thank you !
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video!
it would not be American if the flight was on time. great video!
Haha I've had a couple that have been on time, but these flights did seem pretty prone to delays!
Great video
+Harry Wilburn Thank you!
Nice video do it ever time
Nice video man. When I fly on long domestic I always choose JetBlue if they are available. I live in Philadelphia and it is very unlikely to find the a32b a321.

Thank you, was a pain but at least we got there the same day (albeit missing Carrie Underwood's show), and all in one piece :)
Oh my gosh will the plane move yet!?
you have to consider there was a swap that was done by executive management at first to protect employee and customer safety. then, after the delay with the weather, one has to consider many deaths have happened over the years when pilots have challenged those storms. you need to be careful with safety and also performance of passingers arriving where they are supposed to go in reasonable time.
i agree if i was on that flight i would feel the same way

The 4th STOP before departure took way too long
Ok... what is being said at around 30:24???
Looking forward to my flight in a few weeks :D
Awesome, whereabouts are you heading?
+inflight Video Toronto Canada :D im the one that commented a while back Its in a 777 which should have been a dreamliner when I booked it :( then headed to orlando after a few days :)
Ah yes sorry (been to bed since then :D) - are you filming the flights? ;)
+inflight Video didn't expect you to remember :D my cameras limit is 30 mins haha so just take off and landing :)
Awesome well have fun, enjoy the sound of those GE90s spooling up :D
watched the whole thing when i was flying from philly to vegas lol
Really good video you even filmed the transit journey to :D. I'm going to Lisbon next week, flying with TAP Portugal from Gatwick and return to Heathrow I hope to film both flights as long as my parents let me because they think that the camera will make the plane crash or the staff will think I'm a terrorist which is so unfair i just want to win the respect of the Plane spotting community!
That's awesome, film away nobody will object :) Hope you have a great flight!
inflight Video I hope so because my parents might!

nice flight
Thanks! Was great once we got off the ground :)
How do you get your camera to stay still like that?
I think there is something that sticks it to the window.
Thank you! This gives me an idea to attach my Sony to the window using a window attachment tool.
Cool video we Took jetblue flight to Florida and New York 👍👍💙💚💚💚💚💜💜😀😃😀😃😀😃😀😀
Awesome! I just flew with JetBlue last week - can’t wait to share the video! Thanks for watching!
It's too dark at 2:57:54
Wow you have a really long flight To Las Vegas but fly safe I guess I Think you have wait pretty long For The Strom To pass enjoy you flight 😃😃😃😃😃😃💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙❤❄❄❄❄❄❄👍👍👍👍👍😄😃😄😄😀😃😀😃😃❤💙💚💚💚💜💜💜✈✈✈✈✈✈✈
6 hours and 41 minutes to go to Philadelphia to las Vegas that's one long run
how did you get atc?
Hi Joe, the ATC for this flight was from the archives at LiveATC.net :)
nice!!
Hey, how come your videos are no longer HD?
PHL is infamous for its long and slow queue lines, but a storm comes and the madness is turned up to 11
Yep absolutely, evening rush hour too!
And I thought a 23-minute taxi-out at 8 am was long. Newark and JFK are also infamous for long taxi-outs, and don't even get me started with Heathrow. Go on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm and it's a much different story, at least at Newark.
ecoRfan Yeah it sucks Philly has a long taxi time. Only because flights basically only leave from 27L. There was talk of adding a 27C but that is not happening now.
so how long was the weather delay to deal with the captains warning about dangerous takeoff conditions?
Weather delays cause backlogs which take time to sequence all the delayed flights back in the rotation with the current scheduled flights.
how do you get all the money to go on all those planes? you must be working hard
Haha I usually just find cheap flights and connect through various cities :)
Hi sorry to be a pain, when the aircraft landed did the lady say that it was continuing to another place?
You're not a pain :) Yep the flight continues on to Phoenix :)
51:18 that ATC guy shouldnt be one if he cant handle being it way too rude and agressive to be one
I wish ALL ATC were available...the turns, the climbs etc...
Thanks. They're all great videos anyway...
What was the announcement at 2:17?
The captain was made aware that we were about to be entering an area of light to moderate chop (turbulence) and they were asking everybody to put their seatbelts on :)
+inflight Video thanks I couldn't really hear too well
This is very funny because u were at the gate i was at last week
Kinda sucks that most of the 321 fleet doesn't have IFE/Power outlets on AA. (My Delta Flight to London had IFE/ Power outlets and free meals in coach)
+QuillBin Indeed, most of them are ex-US Airways (including this one). The new ones direct to AA have seatback IFE and power though.
Any plans to use them for PHL flights?
What is your camera it's so cool
I use a GoPro Hero4 Silver :)
Ground controller at PHL must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed that day: 43:05 & 50:38, yikes!
u need to do a full flight to barbados
Haha if only, feel free to book me a ticket though if you want to see the video :P
lool
I bet you were bored during the flight. No televisions to keep you entertained. Was this the only route available?
I slept for the most part, we'd just arrived from Dublin so were very tired especially with the delay.
on 26/01 I will use Iberia Airways, have you ever use it? it s a good company? (I don t speak english vero sell and sorry for eventual error):D
Hi Roberto, I've never flown Iberia but I've heard they are good. Enjoy your flight :)
inflight Video thank you, good luck :D
Is this an old US air jet ? How thought they discontinued those planes.
Yes this is an ex US Airways A321. They do have some of their own A321s though, that have been delivered since the acquisition of US.
What did he say to the rude pilot around 51 min in, did he kick him out of line?
you cant just kick a plane out of line taht controller needs a chil pill
Might asswell made a 6 hour long airplane sounds title cause i did not see anything whole flight
Is it better to fly at night or day ? It's my first time flying ....
I'm going from Las Vegas to New York ...
I always prefer to fly during the day, you will get to see all the scenery instead of just pitch black, and Vegas to New York has some stunning scenery :)
PHL has the best airport Train. But it's been cash only until Key Rolled out on SEPTA. Great food in Term. A though.
Way too slow changing frequencies
Awesome as always...I still can't believe that some MORONS disliked this? Anyway, request...sometime could you cover Colorado Springs...Denver?
Thank you sir, I haven't been to CO before, although my JFK-LAX video had great views of the entire state as we flew over Denver and then the Rockies. Watch this space :)
Oh definitely loved that one...the actual "FULL flights" are so cool. Well, if you ever get a chance to visit Colorado Springs...give me a shout :)
Sounds to me someone in the control tower is having a bad day
or a pilot not litening you always do what your told by a controller
Wow
My ears popped at the take off! That’s so weird
How do you get the ATC?
Hi, the ATC is from LiveATC.net and added in after the flight :)
I took the same exact flight from Philly to Las Vegas in that same airbus 10 yrs ago and it was atrocious. You would think with a 5 1/2hr flight they would put you in a decent size plane and not shove you all in like sardines. Not to mention there was a baby crying for 4 hrs of the flight, I was ready to pull my hair out by the time we landed. 😬
R.I.P MEMORY CARD!
Yep, I have 2 x 128GB cards and I'd filled 1.5 of them on the previous flights across the Atlantic, was lucky to get the full flight on this one :)
+inflight Video wow! (:
If I was on That plane, I would be Taking a nice long nap I would be very Tired :-) :-) :-) :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)
inflight Video How did you fix the camera?
I attach to the window with a suction mount :)
inflight Video I was gonna ask the same question
Q relajante q es de 1h@3h

Is this A321 IAE V2500 or CFM56 powered hey no dog barking PTU on this one.
What kind of camera do you use?
Hi, I use a GoPro Hero4 attached to the window with a suction mount :)
With the it plugged into an external power source not a bad setup
Yep I have a 26000mAh portable battery that is good for around 36 hours of recording, with a couple of 128GB MicroSD cards that'll do around 9 hours each :)
ATC? Where?
Wow man 6 hour flight, I am taking a 9 hour flight!
more like 4 hours because of airport footage and delay on the runway
