What heat level are you putting the stove top and how long you keeping the steak for on the first side before flipping and then taking out? I can't get the medium rare it's cooking maybe too quickly for me. What's your process to not overcook that steak for timing?

Can I ask something? Doesn't the meat taste TOO MUCH like onion if you Marinate it overnight?! I once Tried this method with some other meat, and it really was on the "edge of eatable" since it Tasted too much like onion😅😅
No it doesn't at all. I've made it twice using his method and no issues of that sort. My issue atm is how long to cook the steak because scoring it is really making it cook so so so fast it's unbelievable.
