Agree with Saud about front foot should come more out, judge the ball more good before leaving the hand from bowler, make sure when ever you play , play ground shots as much as possible. Structure is good View is good your bat shape should be straight and down to the pitch and grass. Good work over all.

Overall good practice session. Some suggestions for you to improve your batting..
1. You are lacking on foot work. you are not flexing your body. You front foot is not coming out. If you want to see this is what exactly happen with Rohit Sharma like mostly he got out against pace bowlers because of same mistake.
2. When you do a cover drive your back foot got slipped slightly in few shots. Focus on that do not let your back foot get slipped when you will play a cover drive.
3. Your standing posture needs to improve. When you are facing the bowler your left shoulder should be under your chin. Means try to watch the ball over your shoulder. this will improve alot on your reflexes.
4. Make sure that when you are playing the spinner and you try to block the ball on front then there should not a gap between your both legs. Otherwise ball will swing between your legs and you might get bowled or chance of lbw. Also if there is alot of gap between your legs when playing on front then you might loss your balance and cause no foot work.
5. Be more energetic on net. Always busy when you are not facing bowler like move here and there. Do little jumps. stretch your arms so you will stay focus all the time.

Very nice batting from Adeel but please point your front elbow towards the pitch of the ball and play with your top hand . Too much bottom hand is being used to control the bat swing so you must use your left shoulder then elbow then wrist so that your cover drive won’t go in the air …. Also you must work on your front foot and also back foot shots you need to go back all the way so you can use your crease to its potential…… judging length is tough but it gets easier once you master the art of back foot and front foot use so that you can play under the eyes . Inshallah if you practice your foot work then your hand eye coordination will adjust accordingly and your shot selection will improve . I really liked your on drive and mid wicket flick but your cover drive needs better head position so you aren’t reaching too far to hit a drive . The best shots you played were when you had your head closer to the ball at the point of impact Mashallah ❤
