Part 2: sidehills coming out this Thursday!! Any other shot execution videos or archery form stuff you all would like to see? Oh our Alaska Bear Video.. best footage we’ve ever got no doubt. Will be out one week from today. Monday, June 6 let’s go
Supper stoked about the bear video!!! I like the down hill video. I live in Nevada where some down hill shots are like cliff straight down. Can you ask MFJJ about that? I know it changes the distance you shoot on your pin’s.
I signed up for the Elk Collective today and it has been great content. Glad there’s guys out there like you Dan that want to help people get better and be better hunters. Skål
Excellent explanation! Best I've heard. Good stuff guys. I've learned a great deal from this. I've heard a lot of pros telling you to bend at the waist, but nobody has ever touched on how it changes the draw length and how the footing should change between downhill and uphill. 👍
Awesome and helpful video. Even though I am an eastern hunter, I still mostly hunt from the ground and West Virginia isn’t called the Mountain State for nothing.
ive had to make some funky shots from my saddle, usually twisting my torso over to my weak side and my DL felt noticeably longer. I get what MFJJ is saying by keeping the upper body the same to maintain DL but its pretty hard to do all twisted up. ideally id just move all the way around but we know that is not always possible.
Side hills if it’s what I think it means, is what I need help with. I had an issue on leveling the bow while In the side hill position. Wasn’t sure if I should adjust at the wrist or lean my body left or right. Can’t wait for that episode
Awesome content this is super helpful info, MFJJ please do a bow build on the 34 and I would be super interested to see you shoot the TRX at TAC love both pages keep up the good work!!!!
the first bid buck I killed was about 5 yards from my treestand. I thought was going to shoot myself in the foot 😅 I was bending far but it still wasn't enough, I hit him a little high but the shot was so close t still got vitals.

For the low shots that you have to shoot from your knees or one knee. How should you position your body? Thanks
Tim please tell MFJJ to do his 2nd of 3 bow builds!!! I want to see his thoughts on the Hoyt. Great content as always from you you guys at Elk Shape.
Great tips guys!
Just the tip

Good info, so if shooting from a small hang on treestand shooting down with with feet closer together should work out good anyway..!!!
Valuable info, thanks!

Please do a video on that TRX 34 build! It would be interesting how it compares to MFJJ’s V3x 33.
