And after one google search away you can find out what pretty much happened in this video. "Avfångning" is a swedish term for killing a already wounded animal, the bear probably got hit by a car/truck. And this hunter did hos job and killed it to end it's suffering, by "his job" i mean he probably works as a hunter that tracks animals that got hit vehicles and end their suffering by the swedish government. When it comes to the collar it had, i have no answer for that. It's just a coincidence that it had one probably, and he returned it to the people who put it on and gave the story and showed the footage to them. This hunt would not have happened if the police was not invovled, this guy did not brake any laws when he searched for this animal. TL;DR The animal was wounded, the hunter is a state worker who probably got called about a wounded bear. That got hit by a car and ended it's suffering. Police was invovled and he did not brake any laws

If you want a animal suffer in the wild and die a slow and painful death through starvation or die of cold since they can't find protection. Or take the poor animal out the most human way possible, who got hit by a car by accident.

It's not sedated it's pretty dazed from blood loss. It often happens that the first bullet doesn't kill your game and then you have to (It's the law) find the animal and kill it as quickly as possible. And the collar is for research it can't be used for hunting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Every year the game and wildlife authorities issue a number of licenses for hunting bears and if a license has been awarded to the area where you have your hunting grounds you're allowed to go out and hunt a specific number of bears. This year we're supposed to shoot a bit over 500 bears and the season started back in August and I think it continues until november but I don't really hunt bears so I don't really recall the exact time.
It got hit by a car you dolt. It was paralyzed in its hind quarters. If you knew anything about bear physiology you’d know that the weight of the bear, time of year, bears metabolic rate, and natural ability to live while injured you’d know that this bear would have probably suffered for a week or more if it had no major organ injury. Or you’d know this is your triggered weak ass read for once in your life.
