Tribura are a five-piece band based on Mornington, Peninsula, Victoria.
They have been together for a mere 10 months and in that time have gone through three line-up changes before finding the perfect combination to create the style and power that defines their music.
Although they are a relatively young band, they have developed an atmospheric sound in a genre that is unspecific, but generally falls into the metal/hardcore element.
They surprise in the maturity of their lyrical content and delight in the power of their grooves as you find yourself reacting physically to the music even as you try to get your head around how the vocalist can swap between Phil Anselmo growls to Brandon Boyd cleans without even taking a breath.
Tribura are now ready to embark on their next stage in their evolvement and begin live performances to follow up from recording their debut demo CD entitled "Internal Bleeding," an impressive demo of 8 (That's right, 8!) tracks that will not fail to captivate despite its demo level recording quality.
With some of their first shows at Revolver, Switch, GOO, and Loud For Life Festival.
TRIBURA are already grabbing attention and will do so for years to come.
