- Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said a date has been set for an Israeli invasion of Rafah, Gaza's last refuge for displaced Palestinians, without disclosing that date as a new round of ceasefire talks take place in Cairo.
"Today I received a detailed report on the talks in Cairo, we are constantly working to achieve our goals, first and foremost the release of all our hostages and achieving a complete victory over Hamas," Netanyahu said.

Hamas are labelled terrorists by the most powerful governments in the world despite them being under illegal occupation and oppression by Israel for over seven decades. All the while having their people murdered and their land taken illegally. 1) You literally have no evidence that the overwhelming majority of Palestinians support Hamas. The only evidence you could have is through an election. The hasn’t happened for almost 20 years. The majority of Adults in Gaza did not be pre in that election.
2) The Palestinian people don’t have much choice. The PA is rendered impotent as a partner for peace - a stated aim of Netenyahu. Also, it is not Likud’s policy to have a settlement so anyone who does turn to Hamas does not have much alternative.
3) Islam does not encourage the kind of atrocity that Hamas carried out. Quite the opposite in fact. Non combatants are not legitimate targets in Islam. There is no equivalent to Amalek(sp) in Islam.

There’s a name, address and ID number for every death. In fact many argue it’s quite a conservative estimate for the number of dead Gazans, as it doesn’t count the presumed dead. At the moment it suits the agenda Hamas have. They have nothing to lose by keeping the hostages (dead or alive) and they are still a potential bargaining chip. Hamas could not be trusted to keep any ceasefire. They have a proven track record of this.
Izrael has over 9000 hostages. Half of whom are children. Kept in jail for years without trial. Hamas needed a bargaining chip, which didn't really work as izrael unalived more of their own hostages as they were being taken.

Watch Lebanon. 70 years ago Lebanon was one of the richest country in the world. It was called "Switzerland of the Middle East". About 70% of the population was Christians. Believe me UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and other countries will go the same way. Another reason that Egypt won't allow Palestinian refugees into the Sinai Peninsula is because Hamas is the Palestinian offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Egyptian military had to pull them from power following the Arab Spring, the Muslim Brotherhood was banned in Egypt and declared a terrorist group. Since this happened Egypt believes that allowing any refugees into Egypt, even in the sparsely populated Sinai Peninsula would allow Hamas fighters to sneak into Egypt and gain roots to re-establish themselves in Egypt once again. Lebanon used to be called the Paris of the Middle East. Then the Palestine terrorists came in and ruined it. As the video states Lebanon has yet to recover.

Food was great, the girls were stunning and there was a natural easiness about being there. My mom bought a bunch of jewellery. My dad played cards with new friends at the hotel pool. I wanted to live there. A few short years later I saw pictures of the hotel we stayed at. It was completely destroyed by war. That was Arafat's legacy. He sowed death and destruction everywhere he set up shop. He made the "Palestinians" the most dreaded guests in the Arab world. He died a billionaire. His people still honour his memory. Go figure.

If the "quest" has been to Israel and Gaza it wasn't recently. Virtually everything she said is untrue. She talked about Gaza being occupied by Israel when she visited in 2007. Israel left Gaza in 2005 and Hamas became the government in Jan 2006. She talks about being harassed by the Israeli navy but Israel were attempting to stop the bomb making equipment the Palestinians were bringing into the country at the time. What were they expected to do?

Since then, up until October 8th 2023, not a single Jew/Israeli entered it. This women's argument thus is despite that, it was still an "occupation" because Israel would not just let them import whatever they wanted by sea. That's NOT an occupation. Obviously there's a difference between the EU using courts to prevent the UK importing stuff that would breach Single Market rules and Israel using its army to enforce an embargo that stopped deadly weapons from coming in from Iran; but the principle is the same. 1. Hamas casualty figures have been corroborated by the UN, human rights agencies and even the Israeli and US intelligence forces use those figures. Hamas's casualty figures have proved reliable in every conflict.
2. Hamas's 2017 charter clearly states its opposition to Zionism, not Jews. It states it respects Judaism. Many Jews have visited Gaza and Hamas leaders in the past and been welcomed. Hamas states it wants to remove Zionism because it is foreign settler colonial ideology that seeks to enslave and ethnically cleanse Palestine of its native population.
3. Israel is a state for Zionists. Most Jews do not live in Israel, and millions of Jews oppose Zionism. Israel does not represent Jews. There are more Jews in the US than in Israel. Most Jews do not want to live in Israel even though all are automatically given passports, homes and money.
4. The biggest supporters of Zionism are Christian evangelicals who only support Israel because they believe when all the Jews are in Israel, Jesus will return and the Jews will be killed. So Zionists are actually deeply antisemitic. The US and European governments only originally supported Zionsim because it meant getting rid of Jews. The US even blocked Jewish emigration from Europe in WW2, rejecting Anne Frank's asylum claim 3 times.
5. If Jews need a state, then why force it on Palestinians who had nothing to do with the Holocaust. Why not establish Israel in Germany?
6. The highest court in the world - the ICJ, set up by Western Countries and including many senior judges of different nationalities including US, UK, French, German, Indian, Israel etc - said Israel is plausibly committing genocide and needs to be investigated. Many genocide scholars includig Israeli ones have said its a genocide. And we can all see with our own eyes the images and videos of genocide.
