Bathrooms without toilets, and toilets without sinks are just ridiculous. Rest of home is lovely
If you pay attention there is a little sink in the toilet room,i like the concept.
I agree with you. Beautiful house. I have noticed watching other videos that toilets mostly don't seem to have sinks in France. Very strange.
This is actually quite common in France. In fact, bathrooms with toilets are more rare. That’s why if you’re visiting a friend’s house in France and need to use the restroom, it’s important to ask for the “toilettes” and not “la salle de Bain”. Hope this helps :)

Just an idea when your filming could you say where abouts you are and price range. Like so many miles from a town or city. As we're looking to buy somewhere but have no idea of the places . Plz plz plz.

very nice but for that kind of price I'd expect to see AC in every room considering how hot the summers get.
That's a fair comment, although the house seems well insulated because it stays quite cool.
@@languedocpropertyfinders2195 maybe so but I lived in Nice for 10 years without AC and now in Florida for the last 20 but with AC and there’s no going back to living like in the 50’s… :)
Also, using heat pumps is better than central heating in my opinion because you can adjust the temp more precisely depending on usage of the house and this makes for better savings. I’m in the HVAC field here so that would be my recommendation for this nice house you’re selling. This being said, it’ll be costly to retrofit this place with ductless throughout.
