She is so strange, and I don't mean that in a negative way at all. She's uncommon I've never met or seen someone as uniquely different as her. I've met very few people who strike me like her. I honestly think she's making music because to her it's a true art form and she truly loves indulging in every aspect of it. She's also so well spoken and you can tell she really loves her art and what she's making, and knows about her music. I am definitely a devout fan after this interview.
I think she's an alien. In a really really good way.

Absolutely, she is a complete breath of fresh air, it's great to see a young lady so creatively hands on and expressive about her work, and has the words to back it up. Definately somebody I will be keeping an eye on in the future.

Yeah, that was pretty dope. I usually hear people making drums out of synths, but it's pretty cool that she did it the other way around.
This is actually the first time I see her talking in an interview. I read articels, in which she is described as arrogant and cold. Now I really can't understand that. She seems very nice and down to earth.

Yes, I have to agree. Being a shy and reserved guy myself, I made similar experiences. I was considered as arrogant and cold quite a lot, but I'm the complete opposite.
I respectful disagree with the media. Recently, i had the pleasure to meet her and I was very fortune. Twig is kind, generous, genuine, beautiful, friendly and talent.

I met her before she became famous, and she most definitely is the real deal and very sweet and sincere.
You can easily tell when you read her interviews.
What I love so much about her is how dedicated she was to mastering craft of performing arts & music. She put in the work to become the best and now to see how much she's grown, it's beautiful.

It's awesome how well she does in interviews. She reminds me a lot of madonna during her early career. Just exudes confidence and self-awareness. I know a lot of ppl judge her by her videos and style that she seems too artsy and pretentious, but every interview I've seen her in, she seems very down to earth. I look forward to seeing if she stays this way throughout her rising career.
I think this is the first time I've ever heard her speak. She's such an amazing artist, really involved in her music.
First time I have EVER heard fka twigs speak (can you believe I've never watched an interview of hers before)...and she's just so cute. She really reminds of Björk and the way she spoke back in the 90s...cutesy is the only way I can describe it. They're both über-intelligent and I can't get enough of it! I just love love love art music...
I agree. You can create a whole pallet by toning toms and changing the tone of hi hats and bass drums. I started writing songs with just an Alesis HR16 and some pedals. No rules in programming. It's open. Figuring out how to perform that stuff live is another science.
