Thanks for this Gavin. Very useful info.
Do you tend to receive/prefer a single file and then 'Scene Cut Detect' the individual shots? Or do you receive the individual clips?
Do you prefer to grade in any particular Colour Space? Is this ever an issue for you with regards the client. ie: Is this choice left to you? Or are you generally guided by the client?
I really enjoy the business side of these tuts that you produce Gavin. There tend to be plenty of tuts around about the process/approach (although i do tend to learn new stuff form from any of them, so...), but not too many about the business or practical aspects like working with the DP, etc? Or the pre-production process? Do you offer them certain 'Looks' from which they select the most appropriate? Or do they generally have a pretty good idea of what it is they want when they approach you?
Anyway, sorry about the barrage of questions here. But i do rreally appreciate your time and effort in bringing us these video tuts. No surprise to me that you have 1K subs. Well deserved Gavin.
    Thank you.

Depends! I mostly just get one file. If they need handles, I will request individual shots. I dont prefer a single colorspace! Most of the time, clients don't know anything about that anyways.
You#re giving me many good video ideas here, thank you! :) I can hopefully answer some of your questions in a video soon!

hey love your videos. Do you grade in aces, and if you do how can I use film luts in aces?

I work mostly in a Davinci Color Managed workflow. But you can use film luts in both color science types of course.
