In capillary tubes water can go upto a certain maximum height. Here, if h2 is greater than that height, then will water flow out of the tube.

Waise bhi is bar paper pattern change karne ki bol rahe the... MCQS ki jagah short answer questions denge. . Type karne padenge..😥
