I lived in Memphis and the surrounding area for at least 50 years of my life and I have been to all of the places shown in the film. The Hollywood is a little cafe near Robinsonville Mississippi which is just south of Memphis around the casino area. I love this song. Marc Cohn really did go to Memphis and this song is based on his experiences there.
