Easily the most ambitious project I've undertaken to date. A bulk of the work here was devoted to masking and lipsync, whilst the effects and final edits only took a span of a long weekend to finish.
Though it's very Twilight-centric, this video owes a lot to the fanon interpretation of Luna and all of the fan-labor surrounding it, not least of all the works of artists like CosmicUnicorn (cosmicunicorn.deviantart.com/), RizCifra (rizcifra.deviantart.com/) and composer Not A Clever Pony (notacleverpony.bandcamp.com/) and his influential Princess Luna EP. These people were major inspirations in the making of this, and I cannot thank them enough. They're also way more talented than I am, for reals.

This is the greatest PMV of all time. So legendary and iconic, and changed the way people thought about PMVs.

Pretty sure this was my intro to PMVs (and AMVs in general) It has a very special place in my heart and I'm glad it was saved so I can come back and watch it every so often ;w; (I do believe this was also my intro to Florence and the Machine and I remember searching endlessly for the song after I first watched the video because I couldn't remember what it was called to look up the PMV again lol)
Like others, this was one of the first big PMVs i saw, and one of the videos that made me want to get into content creation.

One of my all time favorite PMVs! I'm glad it's been reuploaded. I remember watching this the same year it was first made and today I heard a florence and the machine song and the memory of this video came flooding back. Amazing work, loved rewatching it.
This PMV introduced me to Florence and the Machine and introduced me to the MLP series!
Watching this now, I honestly wish they made Luna\Nightmare Moon a longer lasting villain. Like vro, what if they made her the obstacle for her wings? Would've been a fitting enemy for da reward.
