Yesterday was day 1 and I managed to do my morning routine, felt great but today day 2, alarm went off at 5:30 am and instead of jumping into it, I decided to stay in bed and watch this video. Lol. Consistency is something I do struggle with big time and your right its because I don't find it enjoyable...... yet. I appreciate your tips. Thank you. I don't like putting away laundry. I used to find if you do it straight away then it's not that bad, but lately I've been procrastinating. For me personally I'm not lazy I'm just really low in energy due to having adrenal fatigue and maybe adhd as well.
That is real life, you are building the systems to help you stay consistent when you don't feel like it. In your case, you have to listen to your body too because sometimes that extra sleep will be more important than your goals. No goal is going to be accomplished if your body breaks down on you 🫶🏾
This is the first video I have ever watched of yours, and as soon as it was done I immediately subscribed - not to mention that usually my attention span on "educational" videos can be low, but yours I was able to watch from beginning to end! As a teenage girl, I really adore your lifestyle - you're a beautiful woman of faith, a wife, mom, and entrepreneur and that is some thing I look up to and see in my future as well! I can definitely address this in a video. The short answer is that I have one place in my notes where I keep a master list of things I need to do and reference that list when I go to plan my month & then my week.

Sis, I need a reward that goes with studying up to 20 hours per week (2-3 hours M-F and the rest on the weekend) for 6-8 weeks at a time. Can you help me out? Exercising won’t work because I need help there as wel😂(I prefer dances classes and walking too.)
Don't overthink it, whats a few things that you like to do? or eat? is there a walking path close by where you study? or a friend you like to facetime or talk to that you can work in as a reward after studying?
