Thanks for watching Matt! I appreciate that you stayed to the end!
I don't have plasticity (yet), I just watched it for the awesome shader tips..
Thanks for watching, and plasticity has a free trial and it's very addictive!
This is amazing, subscribed. Thank you for sharing 👍🏽
My pleasure thanks for watching!
Nice video brother
Thanks for watching!
Great video. When you render in Plasticity (to look at the model with different colours/textures) you have more options than my version of Plasticity. I have 12 options - you have many more - how can I access more textures/colours/options please?
Are you using the latest version of plasticity?
I can't, for the life of me, select the inner surfaces after the hollow solid command. Any tips / help ?
Hold left mouse and scroll wheel.
For anyone else who encounters this! If that doesn't work make sure you are actually in xray mode to begin with you can toggle it at the top right
Can u select it in the browser?
I have a question, Can we do rendering in plasticity?
Good question, no it's a modeller but you can set basic materials in Plasticity and do basic visualisation.
But blender is free and open source and has a 2 great render engines included. And with the blender Bridge for plasticity you can move your models over with a single click so really a non issue.
yea cant seem get the hollow solid to work. I get errors when using it.
I don't know your exact situation, but double check what you're trying to hollow is actually a solid and not a sheet, this is common problem I run into, if the object isn't too complex you can try run the patch command to solidify it
