The Yare Cup March 2024

Saturday 23rd March, Norwich Model Yacht Club Held its annual Yare Cup for IOM’s, which is part of the Eastern District EDCS Series.
Initially there were 23 entries, but due to various reasons 21 boats came to the Start Line.
It was nice to see that most of the top sailors in the Eastern District were present.
During the day the wind caused a few incidents especially at the windward mark, which in the end caused 3 boats to retire.
Congratulations must go to all the Competitors for their conduct during the event and we look forward to seeing you again on The 20th April for the DF 95 Open.
