Thank you for sharing this service for those of us that only knew him as the 'legend' on the field & as " Inga the winger" ... always thought of him as the humble gentleman he was, what we saw in the field & on our screens was exactly the man was, a true gentleman what an honor to have watched this legend play, what a great loss to all that knew & lived him, to his children, grandkids & his beautiful wife whom he always mentioned which showed his love 4 her & the kind of man he was, he will be sorely missed, he was a 'crack up' everytime he was interviewed ... thank you again for sharing this service with those who admired a true legend from the comforts of our home RIP & RIL 💯🙏
Inga, you changed the world with your smile and your humility. Your legacy lives on in all of us. You had time for everyone, and today we honour you for being you. Thank you to Daphne and all the family for arranging two amazing services to celebrate and farewell a true Legend off the field as well as someone who paved the way for so many to follow in his footsteps in their sporting careers all around the world. Kelston, West Auckland, Samoa, Rugby, and Rugby League have been impacted and changed because you let your light shine. Enjoy Heaven with Helen.
Our deepest condolences to Inga’s family especially his wife & kids. I watched Inga number 11 All Blacks as a child in 89 for the first time & was hooked & became a life long fan. One of our families all time favourite great rugby union player’s. What a champion child of God. Thank you for streamlining Inga’s service. RIP Inga. God bless
New Zealand Rugby May I ask why you have taken his burial service down? Some family members would like to watch it so any possibility it can become available please
Inga the winger - I remember watching you play for Ponsonby vs East Tamaki in the early 90's at East Tamaki. An awesome person - thank you.
