@@alisonsmith7411 a seasoning made specifically for cook-up, the brand is by chiefs. You can omit and use whatever you have if it's not available to you.
@alisonsmith7411 well that's you, fresh seasonings don't give the food taste it flavors the food, you need salt or dry seasonings for taste, I don't usually cook with salt unless I'm baking. Dry seasoning works for me. And as you see me using both fresh and dry seasonings here, the food was amazing. Keep doing what works for you. Have a blessed day.
