@@ethantunnell8009 What are you on about the Microsoft Deal hasn't even gone through and Xbox certainly wouldn't stop this game from going to Switch they just announced they'd bring CoD to Switch...
Like you said, if there is a narrative, I'm expecting something minimal like the Grand Prix cutscenes and not a story mode. Extra points if there is a character bio/gallery section with text giving context about what is going on and a general gist of who these guys are for new players. Maybe with new tidbits older fans didn't know for fun. Something CTR really needed imo.
1. Nitro Squad!!! (Alt universe to match Tawna, with perhaps also customisation possibilities for OG squad and Tawna) 2. Dedicated servers, not P2P 3. Not repeated the dreaded PS5 load bug that kills NF lobbies 4. Honestly, CTR-TV with Chick n Stew to come back again, as a means of providing narrative through-line 5. Built in community / comp stuff so we don’t have to rely on community driven discord servers 6. Other crash characters: Nina, Rilla, Tiny, Pasadena 7. Some kind of player customised mount or assist system that makes use of the “pet” tier characters: Hog, Polar, Pura, Baby T, Shnurgle 8. Some kind of arena based vehicle mechanic for additional ways to help, as well as additional series references: planes, jet skis, atlasphere, firefly (that sinking feeling)… etc 9. More guest characters! Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, KAO Kangaroo, Sheila (spyro3) 10. Masks: make use of not only aku and Uka, but also the quantum masks and the elementals
I personally just want to see a Story Mode(just to lightly explain why CTRumble is happening like CTRacing's Story) for Team Crash, Team Cortex & Team Catbat(Neutral). Also Crunch Bandicoot.
For My wishlist, I have Three things. I would loved to see Purple Crates or Golden Crates, or Rainbow Crates, Dingodile having his different guns are Flamethrower & Water gun, & N Brio turning into different creatures like a Green Frog like Monster.
Here's my 8 things, I want to see for CTRumble next year! 1. Definitely a Story Mode/Adventure Mode (similar to CTRNF's) 2. Returning OG Crash characters along with the new ones we saw from that WL concept art. 3. Maps/Arenas base on the Crash 4 IAT ones and hopeful new ones based on the old Crash games. 4. Different Character classes (ATK, DEF, SPD, etc.) like the different Driving Styles from CTRNF. 5. Multiple Modes 6. New Skins along with the return of Podium animations as well. 7. Boss Battles 8. And definitely a Road Map DLC just like Nitro Fueled's Grand Prixes! (I hope we get animated cutscenes again just like CTRTV and have Chick and Stew return to host the events once again.)
Yup, I agree this game should have a narrative, and also Rilla Roo should be on this game too, if they brought him back in CTR Nitro Fueled, then they should bring him back in Crash Team Rumble, hopefully they won't mess his design up though

Ok, my list of what I’d love to see might sound similar but here you go. 1- Yeah, me too I want to see characters like Pinstripe and Komodo Joe as well. That would be amazing to see them under TFB’s take and I’ve been waiting for it. :) 2- An offline mode, where you can play with computer players or local mode. I think it would be a good idea for some people who don’t always have the time to go online. 3- Photo mode. Imagine how great it would be to have cool screenshots to share. :)
Me main wishlist; 1) Make it so that cosmetics and other customizables aren't constantly blasted in your face by the other enemies/allies in the main campaign. 2) Make the main campaign so that it makes full use of what it has and uses what it has well. 3) Make sure to add enough modes to keep online modes from getting stale. 4) Dedicated servers. 5) Make sure to have MTX upon launch instead of waiting a month or two after to implement them, OR just make the game so that it doesn't feel like such a grind that it encourages MTX.
Really want to see some Crash Bash inspired modes. Like the Crate game and the Polar game. Might steer off a bit from what's been presented, but I'm just one of those who wished to see a remaster/sequel to Crash Bash. Also really want to see a campaign/adventure mode.
10 things I want to see in CTR: 1. Multiple Modes (local, online, etc.) 2. Maps based on levels from WoC, Twinsanity, Titans and Mind Over Mutant (Twinsanity Isle, the Doominator (in the Titans timeline), the Cortex Vortex rebuilt, the Mojo Temple, etc.) and some new ones too (as well as enemies/ bad guys from those games as well, as stage hazards (like the elementals from WoC, each different elemental inflicting a different effect on the map)) 3. Ranking system/ Level Up/Rank system/ Battle Pass 4. Tournaments (local, online, etc.) 5. Every character from CTR:NF and ones that weren't there and the new ones from the concept art/ LOTS of customisation with stat boosts for skins like in Crash on the Run 6. A story/ narrative 7. Concept art/ Music gallery 8. Seasons 9. Boss fights/ Challenges from a team at the end of each season like an MMORPG 10. Different character classes (speed, attack, defense, support, all-round, etc.) and a chemistry system (certain characters working well together, but also being able to improve chemistry between characters to assemble the perfect team)
@@iamMisterBo 1. CTR:NF did the retro stadium track, which was a PS4 exclusive 2. It'd be a cool way to determine who the best player on each console is in a certain game mode (so like if there was a mode where you had to bank 100 wumpa fruit in a certain amount of time, you could see who could do that in the fastest time on a leader board or something for that specific console, and other players on different consoles could see those records, kind of like the time trial records in the N-Sane Trilogy) 3. Loads of games have console-exclusive content This is just a thought. I mean it doesn't HAVE to be in the final game, but I think it would be neat if they included something like that.
Having not seen the announcement or the trailer beforehand, and just catching a glimpse of the new title, I immediately thought CTRumble was going to be a reimagined Crash Bash. Instead, it looks like a new take on the MOBA. I'm personally not a big fan of MOBAs because: 1. They're inherently team games and I'm more of a singleplayer guy. The only multiplayer I do is FPS and Racers, essentially drop-in/drop-out type experiences. 2. Most, if not all, MOBAs have such deep lore, expansive rosters, and/or meta-mechanics below the surface that it seems intimidating to get into without having been there from the start. I'll give CTRumble a shot, because the game looks like it might be fun, but I'm still not sure if I'll stick around as much as I did for CTRacing back when that launched. I'll really only ask for some form of story/narrative that leads into the core multiplayer post-game that, I guess, CTRumble seems to want to bank on. A hook, if you will. Something that'll potentially reel in the indecisive to keep playing without leaving gamers like me feel like they wasted money if they decide not to hop into the core multiplayer experience. I guess what I'm really asking for is some form of PvE that teaches the game under the guise of some story, with additional game modes and/or special mechanics sprinkled in to shake things up. Maybe lean into the Wumpa League idea and call it "Career Mode"? Each character could have a special ending cutscene just like at the end of CTRacing's Adventure Mode once you climbed to the top of the Wumpa League in Career Mode. This would then lead into the core multiplayer experience as either "practicing" for beating the Wumpa League if you haven't finished climbing the ranks, or "maintaining your title" of League Champion if you have beaten Career Mode. But maybe I'm asking too much. I mean, a lot of multiplayer-centric games don't need a narrative to work and keep players invested; I just wish more games did.
I hope the Evil Twins and/or Evil Crash get in in one way or another. I miss them. Even if Evil Crash is just a skin for Crash, I'd be happy to see him again. I feel like Rumble's roster won't end up as big as CTRNF's, simply due to the issue of workload and game balance. Each character in rumble has their own unique abilities to design and balance against other characters, while in CTRNF they all played more or less the same, using 1 of 4 preset statblocks.
Top 3 things I'd love to see: 1. *Character Classes* Some might say that there could be multiple like in Overwatch or Multiversus, but I'd prefer only two, since there's only 4 players on a team: Attack and Defend 2. *Same microtransaction system as CTR* You play the game to earn a fair amount of coins, but only pay to unlock items quicker. Maybe a battle pass could be about $5, and have currency in it, similar to Fortnite. 3. *Loads of customization* To keep the characters interesting, tons of customization options would fulfill that. Have random ideas throughout the year, and bring in some themed ones for holidays, events, etc. There's more, but that's the top 3
I really hope that we can purchase separated items for our favorite characters, for instance a Cowgirl hat for Alternative Tawna or a Cappy for Coco. Also a logo maker for the characters clothes would be nice. We already had something quite similar in Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled.
Spectator mode is a must for this game to gain reputation as competitive. Add to that a way to record/replay matches in free-cam mode (something CTRNF sadly missed).
Yes, if this game is online only they cant afford not to lean into the competitive side of things, not having a spectator cam would pretty much remove any kind of tournaments...
Great video, as always ;) And as for my wishlist for Crash Team Rumble, it's almost exactly the same as yours (I said ,,almost" 'cause I still have a hope for a story mode but if there won't be, a return of CTR TV would be really cool too; there's also another option - having both story mode for the base game and new CTR TV with every post-launch season). Plus, I think CTRumble should be ported to NS and PC as soon as possible (IAT got its ports around 5 months after initial release and thanks to the leaked production schedule we know that those ports were originally meant to come out even earlier, and there's a chance that similiar thing is gonna happen with Crash Team Rumble).
I just don't see how you can have a story mode in this game, how would it work? Do you just play against bots in a game? It's a genuine question, everything they've presented to us and other similar games suggests to me this may have a narrative as I said but a story mode I can't see happening.
@@iamMisterBo I thought about something like in Crash Team Racing - a single-player mode with simple story, multiple things to do and unlock in levels etc. Plus, just like in CTR, CTRumble could have a couch co-op mode. But if Crash Team Rumble won't have anything like that (either at launch or after it), I won't be mad as long as the rest of the game will be good.
I want new characters to the franchise. Not only to freshen up the experience but also if they do another cart racer we have more content opportunities.
Nina. Just Nina and it's an instant buy for me. It's unlikely but I'd also like for there to be some sort of offline mode for folks like me who don't have internet on their consoles 24/7.
For me, I would want to see an offline mode were you could practice against AI opponents. This could help the player get really good at Crash Team Rumble. I also want to see the progression system to work really well and not get too grinds to unlock different cosmetics for certain Crash Bandicoot characters. Nowadays, most multiplayers game sometimes get really grindy and it sometimes takes to long to get to the next level. I would love to see a 2x EX every weekend like with Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
In terms of a narrative, I think it would be vital if they're adding new characters like the concept art implies, since they need some way to introduce them properly and make them not just feel like generic shoehorned extras. That or they'd have to REALLY nail gameplay animations and quotes to give them a ton of character like Nitro Fuelled did (I feel like Crash 4's weren't as good, not as many little personality details as the remakes had).
Im hoping we get a fun narrative like Willie Wumpa Cheeks or Viscount has brought everyone together to compete in the Wumpa League or something like that,
What I'd love to see is you can still play online by yourself and it doesn't require 2-4 players. There can be one player to dive in online and play against other online players. I want to see more customization too. I love custom skin options, and I'd like to see some super cool outfits and styles. And I epically hope they make that old school skin for Coco I've always wanted to play as. I don't mean the overalls, I mean the cropped star shirt and jeans just like she wore in the Crash Titans games. I still can't believe they thought of making that for Nitro fueled and decided to not put it in the game. I was so disappointed! But hopefully that skin will be a real thing someday. Other than that, I'd still love to try out this new Crash game.
Something I really hope we get is tons of single-player modes. I am personally not a big fan of online gaming. I hope there's still a lot to do if you play on your own. Nicelodeon All Star Brawl is one game I recently played where it felt like it was solely designed to be enjoyed in online play, for the offline play you don't have much to do, just the regular arcade mode. whereas with Smash, it had tons of modes you can play on your own. I hope we have that. I think just a long story mode would be good enough for me personally.
Really doubt we' d get anything substantial when it comes to single player stuff. It simply isn't the focus for games in the genre, and would eat up a lot of time and resources.
So, first of all, I pretty much agree with most of the ideas from this video except for the idea of having a ranking system with a battle pass.. I also want the game not to be free-to-play. I think that will just open the door to sooo many paywalls and Microtransactions entering the game. Really, I don’t want to have to pay for a battle pass to access content in this game. Nor would I like to have to pay to get update content like customization items and skins. I’d rather like to see something similar to what they did in CTR: Nitro-Fueled with the seasons and maybe they could still have some sort of ranking system, but without the pay-to-play (within the game) battle pass. An updated Pit Stop-style store (like Nitro-Fueled) would be great, but having some sort of in-game currency that you can just collect by playing the game to unlock things (if they are going to include any sort of Microtransactions to support future updates to the game - but please, I don’t recommend adding these), I think, would be important. I think regular updates to the game would be awesome and a great idea to keep fans interested and playing the game longer so it doesn’t die. Anyways, those are my thoughts..
I obviously don't know how much is in the game yet but I'd like a sort of loadout system to quickly switch between my favourite characters and cosmetics if there are a lot of options. If there's not then we don't really need this honestly it's just an in case thing
Hot take : I'd rather pay 50 $ for the game and have free post launch content (just like ctr nf) rather than the game being free2play but having to pay to play as some characters
I'd rather this game be free to play with a Battlepass and a store than last for about 7-8 months personally. Plus paying for new characters if not earnable just via playing is a big no especially in a game where characters have different move sets.
personally i want a good roaster for launch crash 4 characters and maybe some spyro characters and for them to add a new character every month i just hope they put the skunk from twinsanity it would be pretty cool to have different modes like a mod where you have limited lives attrition from infinite for example or a mode that every time you die you change characters like overwatch 2 good micro transactions but since this is from activision i dont think so and finally i want a really great launch and ok post launch content very very very bad example project playtime a game that came out a few days ago and isnt working so hope this things are in ctrumble
i mean it needs to be a single player game too or it will be dead as crash team racing online, another thing is they could have a story like crash team racing has where you beat certain teams to progress the story, i don’t know i’m just pulling stuff out of my butt maybe someone can pick up where i left off and improve the idea.
I skipped straight to 4:32 because this is the thing the fans want... And if Toys for Bob don't give us this, they've screwed this game and themselves over big time!
I feel like they made Crash 4 under the assumption that no one liked those other Crash games and just wanted a Naughty Dog only experience.....then Nitro Fuelled was released midway into development. :P The leaked art would imply we're at least getting some ND characters like Ripper Roo and Papu Papu, not sure about the guys beyond that though, especially since they're still following Crash 4 canon.
Instead of doing a Crash Bash remake they do this...I mean I get I'll never see a Tag Team Racing remake or remaster, but I've been saying for years I'd really love if Crash Bash got the same treatment as the N. Sane trilogy and CTR. Imagine my disappointment when it's that except probably worse because everything new sucks. Crash 4 pretty much proved that. Although more familiar things never really get a chance to really shine either. CTR's short 8 month or so life span pretty much showed that pretty clearly. If you're excited, random person in the comments, by all means keep being. Don't let me ruin that. At the end of the day, this just some other random dude commenting his 2 cents and wishing the gaming landscape wasn't where it's at currently, where it's pure profit over everything in most cases.
"Needs to have a reasonable monetization structure" or you know just let people play the game and not lock things behind pay walls....... Anyone?....... Just me who thinks Crash shouldn't be sullied like he was in CTR? Okay.
I mean if you want a game to last more than 6 months like CTR then it needs some kind of monetisation. And on top of that if you want content to continue the monetisation needs to be reasonable (Cough Cough Crash On The Run) so people feel like they want to invest. Otherwise the game will come out and be dropped within a year. Plus CTR was one of the lamest/non invasive implementations of MTX Activision has put into a game in recent years...
So here's my Wishlist of what I'd like to see in Crash Team Rumble, but let me know what you want to see...
I want to see new modes, new bosses, new villains, new levels, new games, and new grand prixs in this game.
I just want to see it on the Nintendo Switch as Nintendo is currently being left out with this Game all because of Cruel Phil Spencer.

Ripto
The Sorceress
Willie Wumpa Cheeks
Madame Amberly
Rusty Walrus
Farmer Ernest
Warthog
Shnurgle
Evil Twins
Chimera
Evil Crash
Fake Coco
don t forget the viscount
Yaya Panda needs to be playable in this game. Dying to see what her Toy for Bob design would be like. Plus we need a story mode and excellent online.
Really I feel like Yaya would work better with the more plushy like redesign Coco got than the latter did, basically make her a little teddy bear. XD
It could be a Crash Bask Spiritual Successor.
I think this game is 100% designed with online as a priority id be very surprised f it even has an offline mode.
Really doubt we' d get anything substantial when it comes to single player stuff. It simply isn't the focus for games in the genre, and would eat up a lot of time and resources.
Offline single player mode and couch co-op would be nice
I want to see atleast double the characters and seasons and maybe a new character each season like a spyro season to
I just hope to see a good game, have fun playing it and a better support than previous Crash games
100%
I obviously don't know how much is in the game yet but I'd like a sort of loadout system to quickly switch between my favourite characters and cosmetics if there are a lot of options. If there's not then we don't really need this honestly it's just an in case thing
Switch port, at least eight more characters (at launch), and NO micro transaction fees involving real-life money (or waiting periods)
Or maybe a retro skins and a retro arena exclusive for the ps4 and ps5 just like they did it for nitro fueled for the retro skins and the retro track
personally i want a good roaster for launch crash 4 characters and maybe some spyro characters and for them to add a new character every month i just hope they put the skunk from twinsanity
it would be pretty cool to have different modes like a mod where you have limited lives attrition from infinite for example or a mode that every time you die you change characters like overwatch 2
good micro transactions but since this is from activision i dont think so
and finally i want a really great launch and ok post launch content very very very bad example project playtime a game that came out a few days ago and isnt working so hope this things are in ctrumble
i mean it needs to be a single player game too or it will be dead as crash team racing online, another thing is they could have a story like crash team racing has where you beat certain teams to progress the story, i don’t know i’m just pulling stuff out of my butt maybe someone can pick up where i left off and improve the idea.
I hope they add mr crumbs
I wanna see papu-papu
I skipped straight to 4:32 because this is the thing the fans want...
And if Toys for Bob don't give us this, they've screwed this game and themselves over big time!
I feel like they made Crash 4 under the assumption that no one liked those other Crash games and just wanted a Naughty Dog only experience.....then Nitro Fuelled was released midway into development. :P
The leaked art would imply we're at least getting some ND characters like Ripper Roo and Papu Papu, not sure about the guys beyond that though, especially since they're still following Crash 4 canon.
@@e-122psi3 That sounds like TfB development mind-set.
At the end of the day, this just some other random dude commenting his 2 cents and wishing the gaming landscape wasn't where it's at currently, where it's pure profit over everything in most cases.
all i want is for the game to come to pc
My question is…what are the relics even for?🤔
I briefly spoke about this in a previous video but its seems they are collected in order to summon items like Uka Uka.
I'm am not buying this game that doesn't have a campaign
