Hi. I am so pleased to watch your video and learn about the Lotus. I have just purchased one that has decals in very good condition, however it does not have any attachments .. not even the basic pressure foot. I'd love to find some. I live in New Zealand. Thanks for your inspiration and background knowledge of history about this wonderful machine.
I have this exact machine from 1910, I cannot remove the bobbin case, not sure how to adjust the timing of the hook as it's not picking up the shuttle thread and keeps breaking the top thread. On other machines there is a bar that can be lifted to get the case out, this one has a solid bar that cannot be lifted away. There is a screw on the bar but I think that is to control the stitch length. Any help would be amazing ! I am in the uk. Thank you. Loved your video its a beautiful machine , I would love mine to work like yours!
So... I’ve got a 66. And inheritance from my wife’s mother. How do you tell the difference between a 66-1, 66-2 or 66-3? Mines a red eye. In a 201 Parlor cabinet.
