Kontakt is the overall best for strings but it's expensive as fuck. I found a cracked one but when i use a 3rd party instrument it's demo and it stops after 15 mins. You can get around that by copying ur notes and replacing Kontakt with another vst and then back to reset the timer, it was too tedious for me but that's a solution if u crack it. Also Serum is very versatile and intuitive, i bought mine from splice where i pay 10usd each month till its payed off then u have it forever . It has a shit ton of free presets too.
