pehle fees deni hogi, then agr aapka upgrade hogya toh aise hoga: maanlo ek college A hai jo aapko pehle allot hua hai jiski fees thi 20k and aapne voh pay krdi fir uske baad aapne upgrade bhi kr dia and upgrade hoke aapko koi college B Mila hai jiski fees 24k hai toh Aapke 20k jo aapne pehle diye the college A ko, voh college B ko chale jaenge + aapko 4k (ya kitne bhi kam-zyaada honge voh) aur denge honge

Jo preference list cuet ke form mai banai thi aur usme jo college aur course select kiya tha toh jab csas mai college preference bharenge toh jiss course ko select kiya tha jiss college ke saath unke alava bhi dusre college select karsakte hain.
Like if I had filled SRCC BComm hons and BA Hons (Foreign Language) in whichever best college it was available so when CSAS will open college preference again so can I fill other colleges too if my CUET score will not meet the requirements of the college which I had selected in CUET form. Basically, I want that atleast in one decent college I get admission if not any noth, south, offcampus.
