@@yeetboiaug9615 Snow did the diplomacy, told us he/she would have liked to ally with us but the majority of his members wanted to fight us, I'm not R4 so I don't know more. Anyways, this C4 BIA is inactive
@kaneki985 yes I've seen BIAs inactivity. However according to one of them it is because they are facing people at the level of snowrider while most their members are half of that. Consequence of unrestricted

@kaneki985 I have friends in BIA. Almost everyone on BIA wanted to ally with you lol. According to them, Braun and snowrider like to pick fights.
