I started to understand the difference between YG idol groups and the other idol groups that come from another label. Every each of the member within an idol group (like Bigbang, 2NE1 or Winner) has their own charm and character, and by this, each of the members are really really different. These differing charms being combined and put together is what complements one another, creating a very very good, unique and talented group. Jinwoo and Taehyun's soft vocals, Seungyoon's strong and melodious vocal, Mino's deep bass-like voice, Seunghoon's eloquent rapping. Everything is so beautiful. Sure the other idol groups may be famous, and in a way attractive, but YG is different. They have brought the entertainment industry into a whole new level. This is why I love YG.
'the next taeyang'. i know that makes it sounds like Winner is living in Big Bang's shadow. but really, it's just simply a compliment or maybe wishful thinking. don't read too much into it please

All of his hit songs are high pitched.] and taeyang's singing has that smooth quality jinhwan's also does. I think jinhwan reminds me of taeyang back when big bang was young.
I'm not saying taeyang CAN'T sing at a deeper range; I'm saying he mostly sings (and is famous for, as in Wedding Dress, I need a girl, only look at me...and even now, eyes nose lips) high pitched. Jinhwan's voice isn't as good as taeyang's, but that's not to say it can't get there in time, with experience. But his singing is also Taeyang's style, his dancing is impressive like Taeyang's, he has Taeyang's gentle shy and sweet personality from when Big Bang was young, and even YG thinks he's similar to Taeyang. And YG knows the boys best.

Yes, it is a 'box' like dance (or whatever it is called), but it's not the same. It's extremely different. Somewhat artistic even.
