Great vid George the round bales looked smashing from your drone shots - must have given you a good feeling knowing that your working for yourself / family. Absolute credit to you.
Thats a cracking amount of bales and a beautiful sight at the end of the video with the field covered. we just need old smokey blue to cart them of now, on camera of coarse lol.
Nice vid George, nice to see harvest getting going. On the subject of drones, if you remember i said i ordered a mavic air 2, well it came and its bloody brilliant, the fly more combo pack worth the money, iam getting round about 25 minutes fly time, the actice track work fantastic, its not slow like the H to get connected your in the air in no time at all. And the other bonus it fits in a new holland cab. I would recommend buying a hard case the bag isnt great. Well worth a look if your still fancying a smaller set up
The front packer wheels are not something we see here in my part of Canada. Does it help with bale density too, George? or just so your not dragging the windrows under the tractor?
I can remember clearing all the round bales from the fields with a small tractor 🚜 and then traveling back to the farm after dropping off the trailer to get the rough terrain loader and then doing that all day for several days and managing to get get it done ✅ before the work started for the next years crop rotation, that was an awkward job as the loader did not have an hydraulic pickup hitch, but still I still got it done and I had a very piece full day in the process, keep up the good work George and I’ll look forward to seeing what you get up in your next vid.
This weekend I'm loading bales and hauling them too for the first time. Done the loading before but never that haulage. It's a big old trailer I'm pulling. Any tips ? Ngl im a little nervous.
Glad she is better than our collie as soon as we step towards our new Kubota she goes "screw that I'm going back to sleep on the sofa if you're going in that." She'll climb in the telehandler and the Ford 6610. Not sure if she gets car sick as she is used to facing backwards with not so much glass
Looks better than the straw I have baled here I was baling behind a 40ft and was going about 20k hardly anything. I tried to video it but the footage was so jumpy I couldn’t upload it.
Nice too see someone who doesn't feel the need to back into the next field to eject a bale, good job 👍
Always good to see the Fodger-Dodge on board to keep you on the ball! Another goodie!
Nice to See the round bales in your fields. The New Holland and lely make a good work

George, don’t know if I missed it, but when did you get rid of the JBC FastTrac?
What happened to the JCB's - haven't seen them in awhile. Anyhoo...I enjoy your videos! Stay safe - be well.
George how many bales a year would the baler do altogether ?
Nice bit of footage with the drone. We're you contracting or is the straw for your winter bedding? Kuhn red would look good on the squisher 😁😁
