@@idriveridesharing6493 In benefits we have different types of benefits, so asked for scenario some time we won't configured benefits if employee eligible XYZ criteria we will strait way create pay component in compensation. As per you have mentioned Certification voucher, in this case employee can enroll for certification and claim the amount, if the company not asking any proof then still he can claim the amount.
