    Suppose for claiming do we need to configure benefit

      @@SAPSuccessFactors what is the difference between Benefit and Claim You didn't tell about that You were saying about benefits how about claims then.. when company is giving benefit to employee how they will claim then ....

      @@idriveridesharing6493 Again am saying it depends on requirements we propose whether the can go with Claims is part of benefits module, or we can propose other solution as well. You tell me what is the requirement and process then I will say which one would fit.

      @@SAPSuccessFactors my question is straight farward When company is giving benefit to employee It mean An employee is eligible to claim right So In this process how do you define For example Certification Voucher Iam giving benefit to employee so we Definetly claim it and need configs right Without Claims What is the use of benefit what is the purpose of doing only benefit can you explain

      @@idriveridesharing6493 In benefits we have different types of benefits, so asked for scenario some time we won't configured benefits if employee eligible XYZ criteria we will strait way create pay component in compensation.
      As per you have mentioned Certification voucher, in this case employee can enroll for certification and claim the amount, if the company not asking any proof then still he can claim the amount.
