Unscrew the steam wand tip and replace the o-ring. Make sure it's a food grade o-ring and not the black o-rings you get from the big box store. Also, a little food grade lubricant like "lubrifilm plus" on the new o-ring will make it last longer. Also, check in your manual the correct procedure to clean the steam wand at the end of the day. Don't leave the steam wand sitting in water or cleaning solution any longer than the manufacturer recommends or you'll wreck that new o-ring you installed. Good luck!
