FAL Israel- Shorten Front Sight

The square base of a FAL Israel front sight post, makes shortening it a challenge. Here is one way.

That's nice of you to say, but the reason I don't do it on the lathe is every time I tried, I broke off the cutter or the sight - unless I tightened the collet so much it crushed the threads. So I had to find a work-around for sucking on the lathe.

I just got my Izzy FAL together, yup..
It shoots low.
Perfect for turning bad guys into Geldings.
