With so many health benefits, like it being nature's sports drink, with its hydrating electrolytes, useful in fast hydration after exercise or any strenuous activity,
to quick recovery from fluid loss, in a not very appealing way, make this natural drink quite versatile. Though the process of pasteurisation does zap minerals,
anti-oxidants and enzymes kept intact in wholly natural (no added sugar type) coconut water.
